Would have rated 5 until they switched out the benches for benches fit for only those who are very tall or have very wide hips. Never in 24 yrs of working out have I used such x-large benches. At least they could have kept some of old much more narrow ones around, so people could choose which bench works best for them.

Super friendly community, never too busy, and has everything you need plus now a sauna which is super refreshing. Would never leave if I wasn’t moving to Colorado Springs. This is also where I met the love of my life (we’re getting married in a couple of days)

I recently visited Woodland Fitness Center while in town visiting friends and family. Although it was a Sunday and the front desk was closed, I reached out via Facebook Messenger and was impressed by their prompt, kind, and trustworthy response. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a great workout. The other members were friendly and respectful, keeping to themselves and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

This gym is awesome! All the classes are great and included with your membership! The new sauna is also included with your membership! They have added a whole functional fitness area that is perfect for a more CrossFit workout. On top of all that there is tanning and an aesthetician for extra. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my time, I travel a lot so I often will go to a gym and get a drop-in pass. This is by far the worst gym I’ve been to. It’s dirty (not like usual gym sweat and tuna smell but like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1976) the equipment is old and poor quality, and there are only two cheap squat racks

Why are there never people answering the phone, The gym closed all the time! There's no point in getting a gym membership here. Garbage equipment, garbage environment, no gym pass pay outrageous amount due to the fact only gym in the area. Did get in and even after membership door was locked. Snap is just as bad need a vasa LA 24 or just a reasonable gym

Terrible customer service. Could never get in regardless of paying the 1st of every month for 5 months. They refused to do anything to correct this problem and the owner couldn't communicate the issue with his staff. They continued to harass me for money they'd already received two weeks prior and I already cancelled my membership.

Gym charges annual "maintenance" fee, but won't change flickering light bulb after six weeks of my politely asking them to! Half the lights upstairs don't work. Flickering lights can give me a migraine. Obviously, they just don't care about members.

The gym is in need of serious updating! The equipment is over 20 years old and some of the mirrors have huge cracks that have gone up repaired. The cardio equipment is even older and sometimes broken, which makes it impossible to use!

First of all my 2 stars are for membership reasons. The gym is great the people are friendly and it’s kept clean. I signed my wife up for a 8 month membership and paid in full. She went for 2 months and did not like the gym. My membership was about to expire. I called and said, I paid for my wife in full and she does not like the gym. Can I just have what’s left of her membership moved to my name because I love the gym and she will not return. Again it’s paid in full. Almost $300. I was told that’s “like” a refund and that I’d have to sign up for a new membership. I’m not asking for a refund I just want to put to use what I paid for. Folks it’s a great gym. To me this is just a “sorry she hates it thanks for your money” situation. It would cost this gym nothing to do this and I could have just gone with her key card but there is no integrity in that. So I will not re sign and will not recommend this place to others.

I'm really having a great time at the Zumba & yoga classes in the evenings Tue-Thu. The gals who lead it are enthusiastic which motivates me. They even help me modify certain exercises for injuries that I'm rehabbing. The lady in charge of the childcare room does a wonderful job and is currently going to PT school. I feel at ease leaving my child with her. The price is more than reasonable for both membership & childcare. I've met some great gals, made new friends & even ran into old friends as well! No excuses ladies! It costs less than what you spend eating out.
