It rarely opens on time (5:00 am) and I can't count the times I have waited 15-20 minutes only to leave and hope they are open the next day.

Wish I could give less than a 1 star. Was told they have integrity and value families. I was told that I would not have to worry about fraternization but when the one armed boxing phenom does it, it's ok. Then I had another staff member (general manager) said he would be fired for it. Went back because I told he would be fired to keep my membership and low and behold he's there. If you are ok with staff members hitting on your significant other, this is the place for you. If you do not like dealing with liars, unprofessional staff and staff members with no morals, choose another gym.

I gave this gym 5 stars but unfortunately I have to drop it down to a 1. The manager who cared and gave 100% to this gym was let go for an absurd reason. He made the right decision over a safety concern and was let go over it. I feel like when you have a friendly staff and that greats you before your work out it just makes your day. Now you don't have that friendly face in the gym anymore just upsetting.

I've only been coming here for 2 days now, so take everything with a grain of salt, but I'm very happy to have found this place. It's been hard to find a gym that opens early enough or stays open late enough so I can take classes before or after work, and this place has both. They also charge less than competing gyms (for now), and their boxing program is led by a two time golden gloves champion and former pro. For $70 a month, I couldn't pass it up.

This gym is everything a gym should be. Clean, awesome equipment and very friendly staff. This gym has already hit the ground running and is far ahead of other gyms around. I switched from 24 hour to this place because of my first experience here and haven't looked back since.

The owner and staff here are absolutely great. I have never experienced such great customer service from a gym in my life. The vast amount of services and classes that are available here, paired with an immense amount of weights and machines makes this the #1 gym in north Denver. Very proud to be a patron of this business

This is the best gym in Denver! This gym has it all: yoga, spin, group fitness classes, boxing, free weights, open space, top of the line equipment...I’m sure I’m forgetting something. The staff and owner are amazing, inspiring, and motivating. Go there!

Just started going here in January as I don’t always have time to go to the classes my company offers onsite. The facility is really nice and the equipment is top notch. I love the classes so far and Ian will kick you butt even if you think you are in top shape. Come check it out and it is reasonably priced compared to other places I have held memberships in the past.

Awesome gym! If you are ready to take your fitness goals seriously this place is for you! Tons of weight and cardio equipment, plenty of space so you never feel too crowded. There’s always a machine available for you. I hate overcrowded gyms and this place is anything but. There’s also a substantial amount of parking so no matter what time of day it is you can find a spot. The classes and instructors are AMAZING! The amount of classes you have access to is worth the price of admission alone! You HAVE to check this place out!
