I have been working out with Devin for several months and it has been a great experience! She works to create new work-outs each week to assist me in focusing on mobility and strength. I started working out at Yo! Fitness almost 2 years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Adrian is a wonderful trainer and incredibly knowledgeable. She is always changing up the exercises or introducing new ones and really knows how to bring the burn! I love how she meets you where you are and tailors the personal training sessions to help you reach your goals and designs the classes to allow you to push yourself as much as YOU want. I have been working out with Yo Fitness for the past 18 months and I am amazed by how it has changed my body, I feel stronger, better aligned and healthier overall. So glad Adrian started her own studio. I love the classes at Yo Fitness. I love her commitment to fitness, both mind and body. As a senior I was worried classes would be too hard or that I would feel intimated. Not in Adrian's classes! She made me feel comfortable and offers many suggestions based on my physical limitations.
Both my daughter and I have used Adrian for nutritional advice. She listened and helped us to make positive changes to our diets.
The 6 week workouts are fun! Who thought workouts could be sweaty and challenging but fun.
If you are seeking a fitness change with fun folks, challenging workouts in a small setting this is the place.

What I love most about the classes at Yo! Fitness and is that they are designed to meet you where you’re at on your fitness journey. Adrian creates challenging workouts that will make you sweat and feel stronger every week - but even if you have weak areas (I, for example, started classes trying to improve my core strength), every exercise can be modified to be at your level.
If you’re looking for a fun challenge, a way to improve your mood for the day, or take a break from work over lunch and exercise with a bunch of amazing people - I highly recommend any of Adrian’s 6-week classes. Personally, my favorites are Functional Training and Dirty 30, but there’s are plenty of options that I look forward to trying!

With personal training, you can do video sessions in the comfort of home— trust me, she can build intense workouts with exercise bands!!— or at her studio.

I see Adrian for personal training and just went to the “Dirty 30” class for my first time and it’s a perfect hard workout on a time crunch! I cannot recommend YO! Fitness enough, Adrian is so great to work with towards your goals with a focus on function fitness and injury prevention. Great for anyone active in the outdoors.

I first starting working with Adrian in Feb 2022 when I was living in Durango, CO. I needed to rebuild my quads after a knee injury and wanted to have more direction and accountability. I went to a good physical therapist for a few sessions as well after the injury, but the majority of my recovery was through the workouts with Adrian.
Since April, I’ve been mostly on the road and have continued to work with Adrian via Skype video calls. This has been both convenient and very effective. Scheduling has been pretty easy even while managing far off timezones and Adrian has kept my equipment needs quite simple - all I’ve needed to travel with have been two elastic exercise bands (having a foam mat has been helpful as well when available).
Adrian and I have worked mostly on functional fitness, which has translated to a solid focus on core and balance, while also developing strength across my full body. I have never had such a strong core! Adrian keeps our 1 hour workouts interesting with a mix of ever-evolving exercises. While specific exercises can be difficult and I struggle by the end of three sets, I find that they are balanced enough that I can make it through the workouts without falling apart. Though I can be sore the next day, it’s never excessively so.
I have worked with a number of trainers in the past and feel like I have a pretty good sense of the range of options. I have recommended Adrian to a number of friends who are looking to get back into working out on a regular basis, but who, like me, travel excessively or have injuries that they are trying to recover from.
If you’re in Durango, Adrian has a fitness center and is doing both individual training as well as group classes.
I would highly recommend Adrian.
