This is simply the best yoga studio in the city. If you're looking for a yoga community that is warm and welcoming, join us! There are many options for classes, and special courses and events are frequently offered. Amanda and Colten have created a truly unique space and cultivated a culture that encourages us to take our yoga off the mat and into the world.

The best yoga studio around!! The only place I’d recommend to all my favorite people. The owners and teachers are incredibly welcoming, kind and caring - and they have absolutely fostered a community that is the same. There are so many different classes, workshops, and sound offerings that there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, and no matter your age or ability. It’s incredibly affordable to new students, too, so you can try a little of everything and see what feels best for you. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this is a place I’m super enthusiastic about, so I have to encourage you to give it a try!

Yoga Satya is such a beautiful space to find community and practice yoga. Amanda and Colten have created a warm and welcoming environment for everyone whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. I just finished the Living Your Yoga Journey Program, and it was a life changing experience. I highly recommend this studio.

Finding this yoga studio has been one of the greatest gifts since moving here. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of safety, warmth, and belonging. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, creating a space where everyone—regardless of experience level—feels welcome.

This studio has been a place of healing, growth, and connection for me. The classes are thoughtfully led, the energy is uplifting, and the community embraces you with open arms. I’m beyond grateful to have found this space—it’s truly a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. If you’re looking for a yoga home, this is it!

After my first month introduction offer at Yoga Studio Satya, I have decided to continue with classes at this studio. Yoga and meditation has changed my life in the one month since I started, and I highly recommend it for anyone suffering with anxiety and/or grief.

The instructors are amazing, knowing that I am new to this, I received special care from them. They are also supportive of each other, often attending each other's classes.
The other customers are so welcoming, it really feels like a home and not a studio.

I encourage any of my local friends who may be interested to check them out. They have an amazing first month offer. $49 dollars and you can take as many classes as you want. I highly suggest yoga nidra, and restorative yoga. They also have gong baths with an amazing instructor/musician. The experience is "out of body".

For my out of state friends, check out some studios in your area. If you have always thought about yoga and meditation, this is the time to start, the future is going to be tough, and we can all use every tool we can to get through it.

What a great place. I've been to a number of studios around the country. These folks are more into what they do than any other I've been to. I would use the word immersive. It's not just a few classes and a pleasant setting. They are about the whole person all of the time - not just while in class. They offer a variety of workshops on mental health, healing, drama, recovery, etc.

I can't wait to be strong enough to try the Yoda wall!

The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website is a little clunky.

I hadn't done yoga in years so I thought I'd give it a shot and try their beginner yoga class. The instructor (Desiree, I think was their name) was kind and welcoming, and even gave me a little tour since I'd not been there before. I enjoyed the class and found the level appropriate for me.

Amanda and Colten were great. I had them come do a group of 9 outdoor yoga session during a trip at our Airbnb. I’m from out of town & found them online. They were wonderful to work with and communication prior was a breeze. I’m so grateful how simple it was booking them - they planned a great yoga session for a range of skill levels, came to our airbnb, brought mats, and helped our group have a peaceful morning doing yoga by the mountains. I highly recommend booking them for any group needs you have!!!

Yoga Studio Satya is a special place-- you can't help but feel nourished and nurtured after spending time there. In addition to offering an array of weekly classes, from wall (definitely worth checking out if you haven't tried this before), gentle, restorative, Vin/Yin, and vinyasa, not to mention weekly sound baths, the incredible guides offer creative workshops and additional offerings such as new moon circles, kirtan, yoga nidra, and seasonal practices. It's exciting to hear what's coming up each month!
I attended my first class at Satya 3 years ago, shortly after moving to the Springs. My plan was to take a class at different studios around town before committing to one. Well, after that class, I knew I had found my place. Amanda and Colten are two of the kindest and friendliest people I know, and their enthusiasm spills into the community they have created. Come for the yoga, stay for the community!

Whether you choose to do one on one sessions with Amanda or join a group class, the community here is so comforting and welcoming. Yoga studio Satya has not only become a sanctuary for me, but a place to help find true healing and purpose. Amanda and Colton have created an amazing place to find peace and to be able to connect and come back to your true self. Wow! This is such an incredible and inclusive space with a huge variety of services. Some of my favorite aspects are the ability to accommodate people with different body types and abilities, and the many opportunities to practice different aspects of yoga alongside the asanas- sound baths, classes with fun themes, restorative, etc. This is also a place where you can really tell they practice what they preach! Fun, safe, inclusive and clever!

Wowow, I LOOOOVE this yoga studio! I just found them on ClassPass this week (sorry fellow ClassPassers, they are no longer on the site as of today, but they have their own app / site to book services through).

Amanda and Colten are the owners of Satya (which means "truth"), and they both were very welcoming and showed me around the studio (which is super cute and homey) that's been around for 7/8 years now. They told me their classes are more therapeutic than fast-paced which is exactly what I've been looking for -- it's too easy to find a hollow, workout type practice without any depth. Something else unique is the Wall Yoga class that enlists the helps of wall straps and gravity to get some more stretch out of poses like downward dog. I want to take this class next.

The studio is located in a building with other like-minded practitioners like an organic esthetician, a masseuse, a somatic therapist, and I believe a reflexologist. Super cool one-stop-shop kind of feel.

I first went to the Hip Openers class taught by Amanda. I looooove hip opener classes like this because it's like a mega breath of fresh air. My hips tend to be tight (most women carry stress here), and it doesn't help that I'm on a computer a lot. It was effective yet relaxing.

I also had signed up for the Gong Bath class right after the Hip Openers class, and that just happened to be done by Colten (but Amanda and others also offer gong baths, etc.) The room is low-lit with the shades drawn and colorful lights on in the corners, and everyone's head is near the gongs that are in a circle in the middle of the room. This was one of the best sound baths I've ever had. I had some crazy visuals and slipped into a meditative state very quickly. I said the word "cinematic" to describe what I experienced -- it was amazing.

Tonight I went to the Mat Pilates class with Amanda which was a different energy, but the most fun I've ever had during Pilates. It was definitely challenging, but slower pace. Amanda and the other class-goers are fun, good people -- it feels like I'm just taking a class with some good friends who actually listen to direction (HA!)

This yoga studio also offers yoga therapy, one-on-one sessions, and booked sessions for friends, etc. This is the exact type of community and spiritual-based studio I look for when scouting out yoga (and like-minded activities). I highly recommend being a patron at Satya.

My fiancé and I received a couples sound massage a week before VDay. Although the description provided on the website is a good one, the experience Amanda and Colten provided is indescribable through words. It’s something that everyone should should do at least once in their lives. We both agreed that a private, solo session, will be needed in the future. It was really THAT good. Both of these people have beautiful energies and it translates into their work. Trusty authentic folks doing what they love. Can’t wait to go back! ✌️❤️

I found out about Yoga Studio Satya when I decided to go to school for reflexology. There is a wellness center underneath the studio (with a school, massage, acupuncture and more...very cool!) and I would always be curious about the classes.

I graduated but never stopped feeling drawn to the studio and the energy there. I spontaneously signed up for a mandala painting class and I just loved the people there and how friendly they were. Finally I decided to try a yoga class and it was wonderful. Yesterday I went to my second and now I find myself looking up their schedule on the regular.

I pay to go to another high-end gym, with a yoga studio in it, yet I still find myself wanting to come back to the classes here. The vibe is so welcoming and not snobby or pretentious in the least like a lot of other yoga studios I've been to. I can't wait to try my next class!

I've been going to Yoga Studio Satya for more than 3 years now. I showed up with a friend to try it out, even though I was skeptical and didn't think I was the "type" that could do yoga. But, I was unable to play soccer and out for an injury so I thought it might suffice in the interim. I played soccer for over 30 years, so my knees have been abused and damaged. I went to an orthopedic shortly after the injury and he wanted to break my patella in half and bolt it back into place. Sounding fairly intrusive, I asked for an alternative like physical therapy. He said at the state of my knees, “there was nothing to do to avoid surgery and he’d like to see me prove him wrong”. Queue Yoga…. Yoga shattered any false labels or stereotypes I once held, and it has honestly changed my life. Amanda was conscientious and compassionate from the very first class I took with her. She helped me learn about my anatomy and what was causing the knee pain and she gave me exercises and stretches to help improve my pain and mobility. She listened when others wouldn’t, she got to the root of the issue instead of trying to put a band-aid on the problem like I feel so many do. I was thrilled with the improvement! But then something happened… yoga started impacting me at a deeper, spiritual level.
I took Amanda’s first 200hr Yoga Teacher training program, which was one of the best things I have done for myself. I not only learned an in-depth history of yoga; the history, asanas, pranayama, meditation, sequencing, anatomy, all of it, but I learned more about myself than years of therapy taught me. I struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life, and I now have the awareness and the tools to dramatically reduce the frequency and severity of both of those. Amanda and Colten have built a community that is warm, welcoming and inclusive. They are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. Every teacher at Satya embodies the same desire to help others and you can feel that intention as you walk through the doors. I wholeheartedly recommend this Studio and wish for everyone to receive the love and community they offer.

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Yoga Studio Satya!! This past June, I had bilateral total knee replacement. Before and after my surgery, Yoga Studio Satya supported me both physically and emotionally getting ready for my surgery: Amanda Neufeld, the owner, in private sessions worked on strengthening my legs and core prior surgery. After surgery, Amanda has worked with me for increased flexibility and flexion. Seven weeks after surgery, I was able to get on my hands and knees. Nine weeks after surgery, I could get on the floor all by myself.

Everyone whom I have worked with at Yoga Studio Sayta has taken an active role in preparing me for surgery and for my recovery. They have treated me as part of their exceptional yoga family. I would like to say special thanks to: Rhonda Cordonnier, she has an awesome mediation class. She brings American Indian spirituality wisdom to all she does. Therese Smith, she has an incredible wall yoga class. Her enthusiasm is so very contagious. Jason Smiley, he is a most incredibly kind person. His class Mindful Resilience is excellent for recurring pain. Colten Peed has a wonderful positive encouraging outlook.

I am reminded of the African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child." In this case, it took a compassionate, loving, mindful Yoga Studio Satya to help me prepare and recover from a challenging surgery. Having a very grateful heart, I would like to say, "Thank you."

Love and blessings to my yoga family, Priscilla Brickell

Yoga Studio Satya is a wonderful place to hold a baby shower! Not only is the space peaceful and beautiful but very spacious! Upstairs, we held most of the shower (yoga session, played games and opened presents) while downstairs, we served lunch and displayed a slideshow.

We first started the baby shower with a light yoga session instructed by Amanda. She is a wonderful and peaceful instructor who led the class that had many different levels of yoga. During her relaxation - she incorporated well wishes to the new mommy and daddy which tied the entire yoga baby shower theme together!

Both Amanda and Colton were wonderful to work with! Colton was very helpful on setting up the tables, moving chairs around and setting up the slideshow. No matter what my questions or needs were, Amanda and Colton were happy to assist! I would highly recommend holding any event at their yoga studio or checking out one of their classes!
