Kyle is awesome! He is extremely supportive, responsive, and understanding. I appreciate how flexible he has been with my schedule and that he customizes what we're doing based on what my goals are. Kyle created a meal plan for me about a month ago. He asked me what my goals were and what I like to eat so he knew I would have foods in the plan that I enjoy. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet at all and I am eating more than I was before I started the meal plan. I lead a very busy life and I feel more energetic and healthier than I have in years. I have lost 10 pounds and 3.5% body fat. He works with what you need and want, he’s hands on and I would recommend him to anyone!

I have been going to Kyle for about 2 months now and could not be happier. I threw out my back 2 months ago. Hard to do anything especially play golf. I am now playing golf with no issues. I would recommend You First Fitness 100%.

Kyle, tortured me in the BEST possible way!
I came in with knee pain and Kyle helped me understand what could be causing these issues! With a few minutes with the massage gun, stretching, and some mobility exercises, I was able to find relief in my knee!
I can honestly say after my session, movement was easier and painless playing volleyball!
If you have a chance stop in and get MOREbility with KYLE!!!!

Staying fit and strong is even more important as we get older. I am in my mid sixties and my husband is 70. Kyle makes sure we work on strength as well as mobility so we can remain active. We don't move or walk our age.

Kyle over at You First built me a custom program, constantly tailored to my goal of increasing overall mobility while mainting strength. He has found a great niche in the Personal Training world where he can step in after physical therapy stops or with people just looking to improve their overall quality of life. You First Fitness is truly amazing. Kyle has been training me for a few years now and he's always accommodating, personable, and realizes the needs of different individuals when it comes to working out. The gym space is inviting and never crowded, which I love. It’s usually just myself and Kyle during our sessions which makes it so you don’t feel pressure to look or act a certain way in front of a ton of people, and you can truly just work out and enjoy the 1:1 training. In the past it has taken me awhile to truly commit to an exercise routine due to some medical issues; but Kyle understands all of it and works with you to help you progress and also make gains every week. He cares about his clients not only looking good but feeling good (both physically and mentally!) The best part is, it never feels like a chore to exercise, and it’s fun to both work out and see the results! Kyle is great to work out with because he keeps it real, helps with accountability, changes up the routine as necessary (so it doesn’t become boring), and is just an all around great person — who has become a friend now too! I highly recommend You First Fitness to all that are looking for that personalization of an exercise routine, as well as the accountability piece to keep you coming back to work out!

Kyle programs and adapts training to fit both what I need based on my age and on what issues may be present that day. After many years of office situations and limited athletic activities, my overall body mobility, strength, and conditioning has steadily improved to be in the best shape in a long time.
I went through 2 knee replacements and an arthroscopic knee surgery in 1 year - His knowledge of both functional training and PT techniques were a great help in preparing for and recovering from the surgeries in tandem with my PT sessions - I was back skiing (albeit on Blue and Black groomers) in 4 months. Next season, age 71, will work on getting back to the bumps.
Feels like I'm coming to a professional space - not a warehouse, clean, well lit, comfortable and not crowded with bulky single use equipment - lots of room to work out in.

I've been working out with Kyle for almost a year now, and the thing I appreciate the most about him is his ability to customize my workouts for what I need at that particular time. Last summer I was able to complete Pikes Peak in one day with just a few weeks of training with Kyle. During the busy work season Kyle focuses on strength training and mobility. So the workouts are not just individualized for me, but for the season. I highly recommend him!

I have been playing volleyball for 20+ years and have never had a serious injury. Over a year ago I injured my shoulder. Eventually, it hurt so bad I could not hit or serve the ball over the net (something necessary when you play with 1-3 other people on a sand court). I have been working out with Kyle consistently since January. We have been working on rehabilitating my shoulder and increasing my overall strength. Since working out with Kyle, I am almost back to full strength. I feel confident serving and hitting the ball once again. With our workout program, I have also lost 5 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle. Kyle is compassionate, caring and his focus is 100% on you. The gym space is always clean and welcoming and everyone from the trainers to the other clients make You First truly feel like a welcoming, inclusive space to come and become your best self.

I have been training at You First for over two months, and I am so happy here. Kyle, owner at You First, creates a family atmosphere with all of his clients and trainers. I have gotten to know Kyle's clients as well as build up my own clientele. I have also gotten to know Kyle very well, and do not have enough good things to say. Kyle is open and honest, incredibly kind, understanding, and just a genuinely good human. I trust to come to Kyle with any problems work related or not, and he has always helped me navigate them with an open mind. You First is a safe space, and we take pride in a holistic style of cleanliness, which I love. I have had female clients tell me directly how safe they feel in the gym because of how inviting the space is and we limit the amount of trainers and clients. Every time I come to train I get so excited. I love sharing space with the other trainers and their clients. Not only do we share space but also ideas, content, feedback, and time. I began my training journey as a yoga instructor and Kyle has helped instill confidence and excitement in me, even during my own times of doubt. There is absolutely no place I would rather train for, no community I'm more excited to be a part of, and I feel so grateful. Defiantly reach out and come check out the space.
