I got a bacteria infection from using their mats. Of course they tried to argue that it came from something else like my detergent but the gym was the only new thing in my routine, and the mats were the only thing I put my forearm on. It started developing within an hour after I left . I had to take antibiotics to clear the infection! Their staff is insensitive and only care about money. I, without a doubt, cancelled my membership in October.

Do not sign up for a gym membership here! They are impossible to work with. I had been a loyal customer for several years. I bought a membership with personal training packages. However, they have not been able to keep a trainer on staff for more than several months at a time. Most recently there's been a 3 month gap where they have had no trainers available, but I've continued to be charged despite cancelling my personal training sessions > 1 month ago. I've called constantly, emailed and reported complaints with no follow through!

My wife and I absolutely love You Fit. We will not go anywhere else. We go back and forth between all three of the locations in Colorado. The staff at this particular location is always extremely friendly, and always remember our faces. The equipment is always running properly and clean as could be. Everybody keeps to themselves and we have never had an issue. This one is one of the smaller locations compared to the other two, but we have actually preferred going here due to their staff being amazing. We love it here.

My husband went there and then decided to switch because of the hidden fees. So he canceled his membership and they're STILL trying to charge us and we STILL get charged $35 a month plus the $10. We've even been charged $89 a month. Our bank was notified about it and yet somehow they're still taking money out. My husband has called the gym numerous times to stop charging our account and they STILL are. I'm thinking a lawsuit may be necessary to get our money back and to finally put an end to taking our money since they can't seem to stop charging our account. Ridiculous.

I thought this place was decent in the beginning. I recently left youfit after 2 years. They keep changing hours of operation. Also I wanted to down grade my memebership and they wanted me to pay $5 extra a month for down grading ridiculous!!! They charged me a fee to cancel of $10. This is the way they make there money. Plus the girl at the front desk had an attitude when I said why I wasn't returning. She switch up real quick when I said I was going to cancel. Trickery I tell you!

You think they are cheap but there not they charges all kinda fees without you know and they require auto pay so you won't realize it. Plus the cancellation is a pain in the butt they will not make it easy to cancel. I called and cancel my membership 3 months ago they were still charging me when I called they said I have to go in to there office to sign my cancelation. Which they didn't say that when I first called to cancel 3 months ago. At that time they said it's all set and done. Anyway over all the worst experience with youfit.

I don't go to the gym here and now I don't plan on ever becoming a member. I work in the same parking lot so I was seriously considering getting a membership w/ them because it's so convenient for work. Well then I read the reviews and decided to hold off a bit.

This morning I locked my phone, keys, and purse all in my car so I went to the gym to ask to use their phone, the lady at the front counter said "well if it's a phone call, I guess" and lets me use the phone. She sounded very rude when saying this. I thanked her for letting me use the phone and left, I came back some time later (I had no phone so I didn't know what time it was) and asked to use the phone again to make sure everything was going smoothly and I wasn't standing outside of my car for no reason. He didn't answer so I left, he called back and asked the same lady if I was still there by chance, she said in a very rude voice "who are you looking for?!" He said "my wife, she works in the same parking lot, she came in there to call me, her husband to call the insurance because she was locked out of her car" her response "well she's not here" again rudely.
People being rude all the time is out of control. Get your customer service in check if you want a good gym. Apparently I was cutting into her talking time because she went back into her office and was talking to another gentleman who worked there I could tell because of his green shirt. Plus it was like 6:30 in the morning.

But anyways. Very rude, Very disrespectful. I asked if I could use the phone, not get a ride or a free membership.

Very clean gym, nice staff! The hours however are a different story. That used to be opened 24-7 now the weekends only run 12 hours. I find it externally hard to get everything done and still make it to the gym before they close. This is disappointing as the weekends are when I get my best workouts..

Clean place, friendly staff, shaddy parking lot and hood. Watch out for the hidden fees. You fit has a annual fee increase of $10.00 per month, a fee of $40.00 per year for maintenence and $20.00 to cancel my membership. All in all cost me $70.00 to leave. Make sure you ask about fees before signing a contract, weather online or in person.. Because it is a contract even if they say it's month to month.

The nicest people until you decide to cancel. Had to pay a maintenance fee that is not being pulled until tomorrow and the manager couldn't waive any of it, even though I won't be using the club I'm paying for other people to use the club for the next year! I had no problem paying some of the maintenance fee but I don't think it's right to pay for a while year of maintenance when I won't be using the equipment. Spoke to the manager he barely made eye contact and talked to me like I'm an idiot, he was so nice when my payments were messed up he was able to help then no problem so they could get my money. I will be telling everyone I know not to come here.

I am a female, joined in 9/2014, really enjoyed my personal trainer Mario. One day came in and was told that it was his last night. I was told which trainer I would have, had 2 more sessions with him and felt he did not have the knowledge to be a trainer. I then wanted to stop my membership personal trainer and was charged in February to my charge card 320, called and had heated conversation with the assitant manager, he told me I had to either come in and sign a contract to end it or send them a certified letter. I sent them the certified letter, they then charged me 320 for March and for April. I called to talk to the now new assistant manager (Fred). I asked the girls who answered my phone call to please ask Fred to contact me through my work phone. He then called my cell at least 9 times continuously. I called the front desk again asking them to tell him to use my office number, the gal that answered hung up on me. Fred finally called my office and my coworker took the call because I had to leave, she said he was extremely rude to her on the phone. Join if you want to deal with young unprofessional employees who are more worried about texting then helping you out.

Pros-Cheap, clean, super cool staff

Cons-Being the cheap cost I tolerate this but they really need another Squat Rack or better yet a Power Rack. They also need to get a couple sets of ROUND 45lb weight plates (hexagonal plates are the WORST for Rows, Deadlifts, etc.) I was aware of all this when I joined but if my fees go up after a year I'll join another gym that's better suited to me needs.

Nice place, they have just enough of everything for a good workout. Staff is great, I have always found it to be clean and well-organized. Unlike my last gym, there are always paper towels, and the weights and equipment are functioning and where they belong.

I love this gym. It's close to my house, I don't feel "gymtimidation" and they have a diverse staff. It's a great place to work out and they are very supportive - with great hours. I've been a member for almost a year in May, and I'm very happy.

This place is terrible. I tried to like it. I really did. The equipment is average. The customer service is non existent. If you try to end your membership they will tack on bogus fee's. Don't go here. Save your money and work out at home or in the mountains.
