Sorry to see the place being packed up today - although not surprised after the other locations in Colorado closed. I knew in the age of CoVid it was probably too much. Signed up there as a member before they even had equipment - just a table outside the doors. Enjoyed my time there and even ended up as an employee for two years.

You fit on Broadway is a good fit for me. I don’t do any of the extra stuff like other clubs have like tanning and spinning classes I just do cardio and weights. They have plenty of both and the facility is always clean. Staff is great. The only thing that is lacking is live classes which they had to cut because they closed the location in Thornton so I hope this one stays open

I love this gym because the staff are all amazing! They are always so warm and welcoming. There are a few things that this gym does not have, like the sauna and steam room, and it is a pretty small gym. However, that doesn't even matter because of how nicely you are treated. I used to go here all the time but like many others who have left reviews recently, I am looking into joining a different gym that stays open later on the weekends. I love everything else about this place— I like the size, nice & well maintained equipment, friendly employees, and never overly crowded... people just come and do their thing and that creates a really great vibe compared to some of the bigger/pricier gyms I’ve gone to before. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of the hours. I would definitely keep my membership if Fri-Sun the gym would stay open until 10pm, but for now I’ll be looking into other options in the area.

Side note: if the gym hours do expand, it would maybe be worth it to invest in some marketing letting the community know and to help bring in new customers by either sending out flyers or using social media to promote the changes since quite a few people seem to be complaining about the same thing.

If the hours change I will definitely change my review to 5 stars. :)

I enjoy my workouts here... however... I always take a shower at the club after my workout as go right to work after the gym - lately, on Sundays, there is NO hot water. I don't know if the hot water heater is turned off to save money but taking an ice cold shower is not very pleasant!
***Adding to my previous review.... once again it is Sunday (8/11) - I go to take a shower after my workout --- only cold water... come on YouFit! I really enjoy this facility other than this issue...

I had posted a review with my issue. I mentioned that is is a nice facility, good equipment and decent environment. My issue is the weekend hours. There is another gym in the area that is open til 8pm on the weekends. I'm gonna look into that one.

I haven't been to a more disorganized gym. My experience so far has included the gym not opening when it says it's going to, the weekend hours only going to 6pm, and terrible staff. It is hard getting up for a morning workout, absolutely frustrating when the gym isn't open at 5 when it says it's going to be. My schedule fluctuates and losing the ability to come in for a night workout has killed my motivation to continue coming in. The staff is horrible to the point where weights aren't getting reracked, the floors aren't getting cleaned (doing pushups on rocks isn't fun...), and today finally killed it for me. The man working the front desk this afternoon would disappear constantly (I had to wait several minutes to check in...), took a personal call for over an hour, and started reading a book to avoid talking with clients. To me this is an unacceptable work ethic. I'm going to be switching gyms, I can't deal with this gym anymore.

Super friendly staff and you can't beat the pricing but honestly the best part is it's the CLEANEST gym I've ever been in. If you go in and work out for an hour I guarantee you will see someone cleaning something, the locker rooms, the floors, the machines, the mats, etc. I know that sounds trivial but we've all been to that that gym where you didn't want to touch anything and it's not a great experience.

Cancelled my membership back in the end of may and whoever was working the counter told me the membership was cancelled. Fast forward 5 months and they are telling me my account is past due. The worker at the time was too incompetent to cancel my membership. Been a member for almost a year. This will be my last month. Several times this past month and a half, no one shows up to open at 5am. It’s such a struggle to wake up that early to go workout and you show up to gym and see 15-20 people waiting for someone to show up. Could of slept another 1.5-2 hours. Gonna take my membership down the street to 24hour fitness. Hate the crowds, but at least I know someone will open at 5am.

I have been going to this gym for over a year and it has been pretty pleasant so far. It is never that busy which is nice so you don't have to wait for a machine. The place is kept pretty clean except sometimes there is some weird smells. The staff are all pretty friendly and inviting. The price of the membership isn't bad, its around 13 dollars and their is no maintenance fee. The color scheme of Youfit is horrible in my opinion but other than that the equipment is all somewhat new and not broken. They have a bunch of treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers and a few rowing machines. They also have 4 or 5 benches, 2 squat racks, dumbbells and a whole bunch of other workout machines. I never feel like i'm lacking any equipment when i'm there. The place stays pretty cool too during the summer because they have giant fans on the ceiling which is nice. They also have personal trainers who seems pretty good although i have not used them personally and i believe they offer classes as well but i'm not familiar with those either. The people that go to the gym are all for the most part pretty friendly. It seems like there are more guys than girls, so if you are looking to meet fit girls i would try a different gym like lifetime or vasa. If your a girl looking for fit guys to meet, this gym will be pretty good for you. Overall this isn't a bad gym for the price but if i lived closer to a vasa i would go there just because it is nicer. Ps- I also had my bicycle stolen out front of the building and Youfit doesn't have cameras which is annoying. So if you ride a bike to Youfit make sure you put it right out front and lock it like 5 times.

Horrible business policies here for cancellations. My husband called and cancelled his personal training sessions, and was told he had to give 30 days notice. He did and was fine paying for an extra month. But then, 4 months later, they keep calling him, saying he owes the gym money. The gym tells him that he didn't cancel his training sessions properly, but my husband did exactly what the employee on the phone told him. When he called the gym to tell them that, they said their employee didn't cancel his sessions properly. But--that's not my husband's fault. They kept hounding him and said they would send him to collections if he didn't pay for the last two month's sessions. So he finally did, and cancelled his membership at the gym. Don't give this gym your business. They are awful to work with.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. They are rude constantly harass you to get a trainer even after saying no. They even tell you they put in the notes not to call you again and then they do. They charge you after you cancel for months your not going to use and refuse to refund you. They never clean there equipment. It constantly smells horrible in the facility because of this. The equipment is usually broken.They charge a $60 yearly fee even after you cancel there services. Don't use there gym go somewhere more professional.

I used to go last year when I lived in that area and I loved it! Clean facility with an awesome staff. I did personal training sessions with them for just about a year. I did go through probably 4 or 5 trainers in that year because of the high turnover but it was kind of nice because I got different styles of trainers. Even with my great experience the reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the canceling process. First I had downgraded and even though I signed the form 30 days prior (which is where they usually get you) 41 days AFTER I signed the form I got charged my old price AND my new price. I contacted the manager who said “it takes 30 days to process, if you have any other questions please call.” Like... yes I did realize this but it’s been 41 days. They never refunded me because they needed 2 signatures for a refund and the woman manager never signed off on it. The guy manager who I talked to fully understood my frustration. Then when I was getting ready to move I canceled my personal training first just to make sure I used all the sessions I had left and my membership a few weeks after. After going through downgrading I was fully aware of the “30 days” and made sure there was enough time. I moved in August and it’s now March. I’m still getting calls from them saying they aren’t able to process my personal training payment even though when I had talked to them after they tried to take my payments out I explained to about 3 different people what happened and they all said “oh you’re good then, sorry to bother you.”

Overall, just be firm and diligent while canceling. Keep ALL forms you sign to physically show them when you signed it. I did enjoy my time there but canceling was such a hassle I’ll never sign up for another YouFit again.

I like the gym but the manager is AWFUL. I know a lot of people have trouble canceling their membership. Because the manager likes to say she canceled it but never does so in 6 months they will call you and tell you that you owe them 80 dollar. If you have this problem call the corporate office and they will take care of the outstanding balance. Just make sure when you do cancel you get some sort of paperwork or picture of the computer screen cause you WILL need it I promise.

Liars and thieves. Our personal trainer was great, the management staff are liars that perpetuate a corporate system designed soley to take your money. We had a 4 month contract, we forgot about signing the paper to cancel(fine, that was on us) but after an email and many phone calls they promised us that we would not be charged the next month because the would honor our signature for the day we emailed the complaint. 31 days later they charged us another $200 and said "oh sorry, its corporates thing not ours", even though they personally guaranteed us we would not be charged again. They screwed us over is so many ways its unbelievable that people still go there.

As far as the gym, it was a decent place until they stopped playing the better music because of all the old farts complaining about the dubstep and pop music, then we got stuck with old fart music.

The gym is very nice and the people are friendly. However a staff member by the name of Ryan is very shady and tries to up-sell you without completely explaining everything. After convincing you the $20/month price is a great deal first month because it doesn't have the same signup fees as the $10/month plan, you will then pay the same signup fee and pay a downgrade fee when you try to move to the $10/month plan.
