Theresa has been a life saver for me! I had a long hard recovery from knee replacement surgery and I am walking and getting stronger everyday due to Theresa focusing on strengthening my whole body not just focusing on my knee. I have been working out with Theresa since before she opened her own studio. Besides the fact that her studio is immaculate, Theresa is attuned to each client’s goals. For example, I am one of her older clients and appreciate that she takes my age and fitness level into account when she sets up my workout. I definitely am seeing my strength improving. Plus I enjoy her energy!

I knew immediately after seeing Theresa’s page that she was the type of gym I was looking for. Bright, happy, colorful and positive!! I’ve had a complicated journey with exercise and body image, and during our initial consult I felt so heard and respected. Theresa is the best! I work out regularly at home using the sequences Theresa gives me when I go in for personal training (quarterly-ish). She really listened to me in our consultation and builds sequences based on what I said I wanted to focus on, pivoting in the moment when I’m there based on what’s going on with my bod. She’s also hilarious and the time flies by (especially helpful during extremely tough moves) spending time in her studio with her and her dynamic and fun personality.

Theresa is a really great trainer. I had worked with her previously at another gym and love the energy she brings. She tailors the workout to fit the individual for personal training. Non-judgmental atmosphere. She does challenge you, in a good way. Ease of booking where you get sent a reminder.
I’m not a morning person to try her classes but if I was I’d definitely sign up for them.

Theresa is not only an amazing trainer but an amazing person as well. She’s as open and nonjudgmental as they come. Your comfort, safety, and skill level are always her top priority and she’s always open to suggestions about what you like and don’t like. Unlike other trainers, she gives practical strength training that will make you stronger in and out of the gym. It’s about being strong yet controlled, not lifting the heaviest thing you can find. Also, she is not the food police and is totally accepting of everyone’s lifestyle choices. She’s genuine and will help you build strength as well as your confidence along the way. Joy and laughter follow wherever she goes, and it’s infectious which is perfect for getting used to exercise.

I have been going to Theresa for personal training for several months now and have known her for about two years. She is kind, supportive, encouraging and a great human to be around. She has significantly improved my technique in exercise (something I really struggled with in the past) by continually cueing me to keep proper form and modeling the exercises for me. She adjusts my workouts as needed for weeks my back is hurting or when I want a harder/easier session. Training with her is effective and fun. Our weekly training sessions are one of my favorite times of the week!

Theresa is a wonderful personal trainer and yoga instructor & her new space is so nice! There's a fireplace and gentle lighting for restorative yoga (which is amazing, especially after a long work day). I never was one to work out or exercise, but her training is functional fitness for all & I've gotten a lot stronger since starting! Also, it's right next to Fox Den Coffee, so go to a 6am yoga or fitness class then walk next door for a little treat before work!
