I love that it is only 30 minutes and I can go anytime I want (no set time schedule). I also feel like I actually worked out. I'm sweaty, tired, but feel AMAZING afterwards. Did I mention it's on 30 minutes for a full intense workout.

The trainers are friendly and helpful, I always feel comfortable working out there even when I was a beginner, and the workouts are fast and fun, so I don’t even feel like I am working out (even though i’m working up a great sweat) and it’s over before I know it. I’ve felt more confident in myself since I started going and continue to feel stronger and healthier after every session.

I joined 9Round recently but am addicted already! The workout you get in 30 minutes is amazing!! After all the gyms I've tried this is the most motivating and effective . I feel amazing when I leave the gym!No matter if you have never been to any gym at all or have tried 100 different ones I would reccomend checking them out! It's different and does not get boring.I'm glad I took the chance .

I had been looking for a way to add some activity to my routine and 9Round fit the bill perfectly. In 30 minutes I get a total body workout under the supervision of a trainer that makes sure I am doing everything correctly and does a great job of walking the line between keeping me motivated and adjusting things to meet my fitness level. There is great variety in the workouts and the routines change daily, keeping it interesting and fun while also making each day a new challenge. I highly recommend 9Round for anyone looking to get a good workout without spending hours at the gym!

Very unprofessional and filthy. I have high concerns with how the place isn’t taking the right steps to prevent the spread of covid-19. I’ve seen the owner walk right in with no mask on. I would not recommend this place just stay home and be safe please.

Every workout is different, keeps the body and mind challenged! Workouts are always GREAT, it's the workout that you miss that isn't. Build strength, balance, endurance, bust calories and all within an efficient time frame and with a supportive trainer. Achieve more is less time! What's not to love?

I became a member at 9 Round nearly 2 years ago. The owner Shiela has created a warm, welcoming and fun environment by hiring some of the best people around (and they’re amazing trainers too!)

No matter how I arrive at 9 Round, I always leave with a smile. That because of the people and the workouts. Trainers know how to push you to YOUR limits, not someone else’s. As a collegiate XC/Track athlete and 7-time marathoner, I walk out of there drenching sweat with my muscles exhausted every time.

On the other hand, my wife, who had back-to-back pregnancies, joined last year and was eased into it and she needed that. Trainers pushed her, but understood she would need to go at her own pace.

Between the members and trainers, you feel like you belong. The last time I had the feeling was my college cross country team. I can’t say enough good things about this business, the employees and owner. I hope they can continue to grow in our community.

Here is one thing I can say honestly about 9Round of Middletown, CT: don't let ANYTHING stand in the way of attending. Don't allow time, money, current health, personal history, or anything prevent you from giving 9Round a try. The first visit is free. I was able to do a 5 visits for $5 for Cinco de Mayo-- check the facebook page for promo deals. Moreover, you don't have to stress about making a specific class time, just some when you can. Regardless if you are a seasoned athlete or a seasoned couch potato, you can find success and have a GREAT workout at 9Round. The trainers are super awesome (and really patient). You can't go wrong. Give it a try.

I am having a terrific time at 9round Middletown, in part due to the owner, Sheila, who is energetic and always available for a conversation. The place also has a great bunch of trainers who rotate everyday and always come up with new workouts that work on every muscle in your body and you never do the same workout every day. 9round also has a great collection of gears that makes it all the more fun on the floor. If you are looking for a quick cardio or stress-buster everyday, look no further than 9round Middletown. I'd highly recommend!
