What a gem!!!!! I have personal trained with Andreas for over a month. His professionalism, knowledge, creativity - a different work out every time keeps you challenged and makes every workout fun and rewarding. Andreas is meticulous constantly checking form ensuring the exercises are done correctly. Deb’s knowledge is just as extensive. You feel welcomed from day one and all of the members are friendly and supportive. An amazing community. A must try!

We work out at A Lasting Fitness to increase our strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and enhance our confidence. I'd like to add another reason. Recently I suffered from a broken bone injury which required two surgeries and extensive rehabilitation. My surgeon was impressed with my recovery and actually attributed it to the fact I work out with weights regularly. I hope no one goes through what I went through but if you do, be assured that the work you do every day will speed you onward during the recovery process.

Five stars for A Lasting Fitness! This gym gets results. I've been a member for years and love it. The coaching by Deb and Andreas is top-notch - always helpful and personalized to my goals. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The strength I built here was a game-changer for my recovery after a major surgery. Highly recommended for anyone serious about a healthy lifestyle!

I recently visited A Lasting Fitness and had the pleasure of meeting Andreas and Deb. What immediately stood out was their genuine passion for helping people, strength first approach and their deep knowledge of strength training.
The facility is immaculate and well-equipped, but what really makes this place special is how they work with everyone—whether you're brand new to the gym, recovering from an injury, focused on aging well and longevity, or an experienced lifter. I was particularly impressed by their focus on the fundamentals: compound movements with proper technique. This is true strength training done right, focused on building real functional strength that translates to everyday life.
Their commitment to proper form, safety, and individualized training is exactly what the industry needs—making strength training accessible and effective for everyone.

The team provides an outstanding training experience with workouts tailored to an individuals needs based on age, ability, interests, etc. As a fit 70 year old I decided it was time to gain some muscle and have worked with the training team for over 18 months. Have really been enjoying this gym !! What I think sets it apart from other places is they strike a great balance of individualized instruction but in a group atmosphere. Deb is knowledgeable and can easily adapt exercises to each persons strength and weaknesses ..she is genuinely invested into helping reach your goals … Lasting Fitness is not just a name but a way of life!!! I’ve been a member at A Lasting Fitness for many years. I love this gym. It’s small, local, and has such a welcoming vibe — no intimidation, just great workouts, great people, and a very supportive atmosphere. The small group classes are the perfect size for getting personal attention while still having fun with others. The mix of strength and cardio keeps things fresh and interesting. If you are looking for a gym that provides a welcoming atmosphere along with knowledgeable Coaches and trainers look no more! The team meets you where you are on your fitness journey and celebrates your wins and motivates you to continue on your journey.
I can’t recommend A Lasting Fitness and Zach enough. He is an excellent trainer. He worked with me to understand my goals and created a plan that works for me. He went above and beyond making sure the plan he created considered my unique needs. This was really important to me since I have hypermobility issues. He makes sure he is guiding me to build my strength safely.
Whether you are looking for strength, stability, or increasing your flexibility and mobility Zach is an excellent trainer. He builds plans that are client focused and continually listens to you, helps you see your potential and is supportive and caring.

I’ve been going to A Lasting Fitness for over three years now, five days a week and I absolutely love it. Andreas and Deb are incredible coaches who genuinely care about every member’s progress and well-being. The community Andreas built is something truly special. I’ve met some of my best friends here—friends for life. This gym has completely changed my life for the better, both physically and mentally. As a new member of A Lasting Ftness I have been enjoying getting back into the swing of Personal Fitness and weight training. My trainer, Andreas , has gently guided me along the path to feeling better, while teaching me with patience and guidance. I certainly need that as a women in my sixties
Both he and Debra have a warm and welcoming disposition and I’m glad I took the plunge. As a resident of Brookfield, I trusted their Instagram posts and so far It’s a great move and restart. They also have awesome group classes with plenty of room and space!!

I can’t say enough good things about A Lasting Fitness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Andreas and Deb are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and approachable. The small-group training is top-notch. The programming is systematic and functional. ALasting fitness has been a dream come true . I struggled on deciding to go back to the gym and after having a consultation with Andreas, he convinced me I’d see results quickly and would get out of our workouts what I put into them. Andreas is a confident trainer, knows what he is doing and has helped me build my confidence back . The facility itself is very clean with all brand new equipment, flexible scheduling and just an all around an amazing place to workout . I would not change anything for the world nor will I ever go to another gym again ! This is the second year that my husband and I have been training at A Lasting Fitness and we intend to continue as long as we can. The facility is bright and immaculate, and has more fitness apparatus than you'll ever need. The trainers are talented, careful, kind and encouraging. My husband does twice weekly personal training and I enjoy the many various classes that are offered each weekday. The class sizes allow for individualized attention for each participant, and the movements are modified for each one as needed. I would encourage everyone with an interest in getting and staying fit to give them a call or stop by and schedule a trial.

I have been Working out with Andreas at A Lasting Fitness for few months and I couldn’t be happier with the content / results of his workouts. Andreas is extremely knowledgeable and puts a lot of focus on proper technique and fitness goals. Andreas makes sure to mix up the workouts to target your desired muscle groups to ensure the sense of accomplishment during and at the end of each workout session. I started working out with Andreas when I was in my young 20's to help me lose weight. He's very knowledgeable, professional and his workouts were always fun! I worked with him for years but then moved out of state. Fast forward 15 years and i am back in CT with very different health and fitness needs/goals. It had been years since I had worked out, I've had health challenges of my own and I am also now in my 40s but I knew I the one person who could help me reach my goals and build my confidence back. I've been back working out with Andreas and A Lasting Fitness for 4 months and the results are amazing. I drive 40 mins every single weeks because there isn't a trainer who is going to know/understand me and my goals better then Andreas! I Can't recommend him and A-Lasting fitness enough!!

A great place start your fitness journey. I was looking for gym in the area that has fitness classes that fit my schedule. They have variety of classes from cardio, HIIT, full body functional training to advanced strength training so every visit won’t be dull and predictable. Co-trainers Deb and Andreas have a lot experience and are very helpful in making sure you got your form and fundamentals right to maximize your workout gains. Glad to have found this place!

I play sport and have been training with Andreas for the last 4 years. I appreciate Andreas' expertise, his genuine care for clients, and his willingness to adapt & customize the exercise program for the various injuries (knee, elbow, back..) I started training at A Lasting Fitness 2 1/2 years ago. It was my first time in a gym, so I started with the personal training for 3 months with Coach Andreas. I immediately loved it. I had no idea how much this gym would change my life. Now I do group training 5 days a week with Coach Debra. Both Andreas and Debra are outstanding coaches. They really take pride in what they teach every day. Each training session is challenging but so rewarding at the same time. The best part of my day starts when I get to the gym. Not only are the coaches amazing but so are the people I train with. Every one of them I can call my friends, including Debra and Andreas.
