Hands down my favorite workout place. Love Kayla. Whether you're taking lyra, pole, or hammock you'll find this is a welcoming, non-judgemental, supportive space. It's so much fun that you don't even feel like you are working out.

Aerial 51 is the best studio in eastern Connecticut! The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The space always feels safe and clean, and the community is great. You'll have fun in class whether you come alone or with friends. It's easy to book online so give it a try!

So fun!! I tried the intro to Lyra class today with instructor Kayla. I never thought I could do even half of what we covered. It's a nice pace and suitable for plus sized people such as myself. Everyone was so friendly even some other instructors joined in! Welcoming space and super cute. So glad I tried this class and will be back. Certainly a workout, comes with aches and pains but makes you want to keep going! They don't push you past your limit, and cheer you on every step (or swing) of the way. Looking forward to trying other styles too!
