Affinity Athletics has become a staple in my routine. The coaching is top notch. Care is taken to instruct and coach healthy and proper movements over PR’s. When you focus on safe, and proper lifting, the pr’s come naturally. AA has a great community of members with all levels of skill.

Affinity is such a great space. The Coaching is excellent, the programming is thoughtful, and the community is top notch. Coaches really care about the members and can help you get the most of each day's workout, regardless of ability. There's a lot to love here!

I started going to affinity about 2 years ago when I was looking to do something different and more challenging than typical gym workouts. I got what I was looking for and a lot more! Kevin's programs are really engaging and they've helped me get into probably the best all-around shape I've ever been in (at 48 yo). He has a tremendous focus on form and function and building strength to offset the effects of aging. He also puts form and safety first.
Affinity is a community of fantastic people that are always helpful, supportive, and encouraging. The environment is super welcoming, the workouts are tough, and we have a ton of fun!

I have been a member of Affinity Athletics for almost over an year. I feel lucky to have found a gym like Affinity in Stamford. Kevin is the owner of affinity. He doesn’t abide by any artificial construct and keeps it very real and disciplined. I have unquestioned and unshakable faith in the programming of his workouts. They are designed and scaled for every level of athletic ability and age. If an individual is willing to put the required effort and is consistent, the benefits and improvements will be evident. The testament to this fact is that more than half of the members that I have met is associated with affinity for more than 7 years. This speaks a volume about the relationship one has to this place and the coaches. All the coaches are very passionate about health and fitness and very approachable, even in group classes they pay attention to individual athlete and their form. They all bring different skills sets from gymnastics, marathon running, nutrition and kinesiology. I highly recommend Affinity Athletics if you are looking to make positive changes in your life, health. After all, fitness is not a state of being, it’s a result of continuous efforts and right guidance.

I can't say enough positive things about Affinity Athletics. The coaching is excellent. Regardless of your level from beginner to expert, there's a focus on helping you improve your fitness. There's a careful focus on everyone's health and getting better in a smart and healthy manner. Plus the membership is terrific - we get to know each other and support each other. Everyone who walks in th door is made to feel welcome. I've been a member for 13 years and it's become an important part of my life

I have been part of the Affinity Community for 5+ years. You will not find a better coach than Kevin. He really spends time on each individual athlete and cares about every member hitting their goals. Furthermore, it is an amazing and supportive group of people. If you are thinking about making changes to your health and improving yourself, I would strongly consider giving this community a try.

I have been attending Affinity Athletics for well over 6 years now. I cannot say enough positive things about the place. Most importantly, the coaches have a depth and breadth of knowledge that is unparalleled in any other gym I have attended (and there have been lots). Their expertise covers everything from nutrition to strength training to cardio. The overall atmosphere of the place is friendly and welcoming, and the classes provide an amazing work out, every single time. I could go on and on...

I’ve been attending Affinity Athletics (and its previous incarnation Crossfit Affinity) for 3½ years now.
Affinity is in Stamford, just across the Old Greenwich border and is easy to get to with plenty of parking.
I typically attend early morning HIIT classes (6am) and there’s a fantastic cohort of regulars who I work out with. I occasionally join the classes later in the morning or the 6pm class as well as on Saturdays.
Kevin and the Affinity team provide patient, small group coaching (the class sizes typically vary between 5-15 people). All the workouts can be scaled to support individual abilities and ambitions. Whichever workout you do, you will be supported by fellow athletes and the coaching team.
The gym space is always super-clean and the equipment is in good working order. There are numerous rowing machines, assault bikes and ski-ergs to complement barbells, weights, rings and a massive rig to support a wide range of exercises and disciplines.
