AH Yoga is among the best run and most professional and supportive studios I have ever attended. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and always come back again and again for caring, careful instruction. The best in our area!!

I love love love every class with Elora. She’s intelligent, upbeat and always so down to earth. This is such a great yoga studio. You walk in and every stress is left at the door. We have recently joined this yoga studio and really like this one. We have used others, but find this studio to be the best. The space is good and inviting. Good floors and it is kept clean and well maintained. Great instructors. We have had sessions with most of them and all are excellent teachers. A good option of times and styles.
