This is the best gym ever, who needs gold gym, planet fitness or any other gym. Anytime fitness is affordable and sooo convenient. You can stay fit on your time. I was just passing through Groton CT and met this great lady who works at Anytime fitness her name is Sophie, great person. If there's an Anytime fitness in Utah I'm going there and if there's not there should be. I love it, thank you Sophie. CLEAN facility and all the equipment you need.

I have been a member at another Anytime for while. Came to Groton. It's a pretty nice place if you like small gyms.
Just stay away from the staff office! The staff I think use that as a dressing room.
I don't wanna go back to that anytime. I will go to another anytime fitness somewhere else though.

I am here about 5 days a week! It is always got several people in it, which can make it feel a bit busy. The cardio machines are all spaced out, so if you like not being close to people...you will be happy. Although that means that there are not enough machines. There is only one stair master and two ellipticals. So you might find yourself without the machine you want. Also get use to being very close to one another when you are in the free weight area. Also don't like that the manager is not there very often. The times are posted, but he isn't around much.

This is the third anytime fitness I have been to while I travel the state for work and it's by far the best. Everything is new and clean from the bathrooms to the machines. The members and owner are all very nice and helpful. I'll miss this facility for sure when my work schedule changes.

Love this gym! Super clean and great equipment. I love that I can bring my girlfriends to have our own private classes with the interactive video classes in the back. Brandon the owner is awesome. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with Charlotte, my personal trainer. We talked about the goals I wanted to achieve, we adjusted the work outs to accommodate me as an individual. She was friendly, sincere and really wanted me to succeed. It was a pleasure to work with her and she put me at ease. There was no pressure to sign up again for more training as many gyms do. I highly recommend Charlotte to anyone.
