Loved the Wallingford location and this one is much closer. It’s got everything you need, the best playlists, and a really great atmosphere. Excited to call this gym my new home! Ben was also the best tour guide ever—he’s the man!

I’ve been going to Arsen’s Wallingford location for a few months now simply because Edge doesn’t offer 24/7 access like they used to. Needless to say I don’t mind commuting here to train at the Hamden location. It is a top notch bodybuilder style gym. Plenty of equipment you don’t normally see at commercial gyms which I like. Lighting is also really nice with mirrors almost throughout the entire gym. You won’t be disappointed getting a membership here and membership works for all locations as well.

Just took a tour with Zach. HUGE RANGE OF MACHINES. Lightings sick and space is enormous. You’ll probably find everything you need here as soon as it opens up. They have 3 hip thrust machines, a pendulum squat, 5 different variations of back machines, etc. Gotta take a day pass just to try stuff out.

I'm so excited for this new gym! I saw it when they first moved everything in and immediately knew it was gonna be an Arsen's Gym. Yes, this is 100% worth the price. More than that even. There are so many isolateral plate loaded machines that are multifunctional, it's super clean, plenty of racks and cables available, FOUR hip thrust machines, and so much more... Just do a tour and lock. It. In!

I saw an Arsen’s AD on instagram and was very intrigued. I ended up scheduling a tour on their website and I am so happy I did! I was greeted by Arsen who introduced me Benjamin. Benjamin gave me a tour of the facility. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment. He had answers to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The gym is very spacious, bright and welcoming. The gym is 24/7, can’t wait for it to open on 11/15!
