Decent trainer. Jeff Cavaliere is knowledgeable about kinesiology and human anatomy as a whole. His meal plans will generally guide you in the right direction, and the fundamentals of most of Athlean-X programs are sound, IE, training volume, rep ranges, frequency. However, there are some shortcomings worth mentioning. A handful of exercises commonly prescribed in Athlean-X programs, such as front squats and one-arm dumbbell bench press, needlessly increase challenge without adding training stimulus. Not terrible, but leaves something to be desired.
