Bash Fitness is like no other!!! Not only are you getting a welcoming family like atmosphere, you are getting two extremely knowledgeable coaches to help you on whatever journey you might be on. Bash Fitness is awesome! Dale is not only positive and personable, but also knows how to motivate you to reach levels you didn’t think were possible. He takes the time to teach proper form (he’s the first person who ever taught me how to do a real push up!), and he pushes me in a way that’s both challenging and encouraging.

Thanks to his training, I was able to do my very first unassisted chin up, and I’ve become stronger and faster in my competitive races. A lot of what Dale focuses on is mental strength, and it’s made such a difference in my overall performance.

I’ve been an active gym member for most of my life, but at 45 I can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, thanks in large part to Bash Fitness. Highly recommend!

Small group, motivational, and support focused gym that provides challenging work outs whether you're just starting or have years of lifting/fitness under your belt. The flexible schedule allows me to both fit workouts in between my busy work/family responsibilities as well as hold me accountable to come in and meet my weekly goals. Dale is careful to get to know each individual, their background and goals, and then actively make custom adjustments throughout workouts to accommodate these needs. I have hit major strength goals in the last six months that, even with a long history of formal lifting, I know I would not have pulled off on my own. I get more out of 1 hour here than I would get out of any solo workout. The sessions mimic high level sport performance and strength training practices that make me feel like an athlete again, not just and adult looking to get in shape. So grateful for this group of supportive and motivating individuals, and for Dale who got me on the fast track to getting pound for pound stronger than I've been in a very long time. His knowledge, passion and commitment to building and supporting this community is a gift to anyone willing to take it.

I love my Bash workouts. I’ve been to other gyms. Dale, the trainer, is well versed in all aspects of fitness, progression and growth. He pays attention to individuals ensuring good form. He starts you where you are at and helps you grow. He provides alternatives when needed. He is the most attentive and individual oriented trainer I have met in all my years of training.

I do strength training primarily because i am an endurance runner. He does, however, offer other classes. I need the balance of strength, so that is my focus when I am there. Still there are days I need to modify my workout. I tell Dale what is going on and he can modify my workout on the fly. He can modify your workouts based on you needs and fitness level.

Whatever your fitness focus, is, there is a spot for you and Dale can help you meet your fitness goal.

The people there are friendly too. I’ve been to morning and evening classes and everyone is welcoming.

If you want a gym with variety, friendly people and an excellent trainer Bash is the place for you. Try it, you might fall in love with it and stay. I did. 💪😄

This is the friendliest and highest energy gym I’ve ever been to. Classes are fun and challenging. Dale makes sure that my technique and form are correct. Everyone there is very supportive. I have always struggle with my weight-loss journey; so one day a thought came to me to find a group fitness class. I started to google classes near me and I saw Bash Fitness came up and I called and there I met Dale from the get go I could know this person had interest in helping clients to achieve their goals . He was very informative, willing, patient and motivating. He had so much interests and was eager to know about what I wanted to achieve.
Dale is a very reliable and understanding individual. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns I might have.

This gym checks all the boxes. The scheduling is fantastic, it’s clean, and everyone is so welcoming. I did a lot of research before I joined on how to progress in the gym and how to keep your diet in check along with it. Dale 100% knows all the real ways to achieve these goals and he will get you there. Whether you’re looking to progress or just looking to stay healthy, this place is your answer. The group classes are awesome and are structured so you can progress over time. The environment is fun and welcoming and everyone wants to see you succeed. I did Dale's 6 week training program and 10/10 would recommend it to anyone struggling to lose weight! Dale is attentive to your needs by reaching out daily and keeping you on track, tracks your weight daily, and sets up meal and work out plans for you. He also does weekly pictures you upload to the app that shows your physical weekly progress which is so helpful! My favorite part of Dale's program is since he's very experienced, he gives alternative healthier options to things you like so you don't have to completely take it out of your life. For example, I LOVE energy drinks. The energy drinks I was drinking were 250 calories and loaded with sugar and Dale recommended a different healthier option that gave the same affect I was looking for without the unnecessary things. At the end of the program, I was down nearly 10 pounds! All around, it's a great and effective program that I'd recommend to anyone!

The nutrition plan Dale created for me was exactly what I needed to drop the 10 pounds I wanted to lose. He couldn’t have been a better resource for any questions or issues I encountered. His positive words of encouragement were so helpful on check-ins and he was all around just “there for me”. Joining BASH was one of the best decisions I ever made. Since being a part of this community I have seen significant improvement in my strength and confidence outside of the gym. BASH has also given me a much better understanding of how to exercise. It’s not all about cardio LOL! Most efficient workout system! All I need to do is show up and Dale takes care of the motivation. Workouts are an hour or less and I always leave feeling like a strong rockstar - excellent balance of resistance with HIIT! I never regret going but I sure do regret the days I miss! As a teacher and a mom of active kiddos, the schedule is perfect and the gym class is what this mama needs to stay fueled!

BASH is where you go to get strong….whatever your focus is….Dale supports you and helps you make progress. When I returned to lifting after a hip injury, Dale helped me overcome my fear of re-injury and made sure that I had good form and would occasionally replace exercises with different ones so that I wouldn’t irritate my hip or incorrectly compensate. The group classes are supportive and encouraging and Dale’s knowledge and enthusiasm create an amazing environment. Chris’s knowledge, skill, and talent for creating challenging and effective workouts leads you to success. As a marathon runner, this is where I come to gain strength so I can keep running.

Dale is an amazing, dedicated, hardworking trainer and friend of mine. He has motivated me to work out to get to the physical and mental health I wish for. It is NEVER easy to make these changes, however BASH provides a fun workout and a workout that you can totally do at your own pace. Recently returned to BASH Fitness after a 6 month hiatus (life was a little hectic between working full time and life with two kids!) and I am so happy to be back! I absolutely love the work out programming and how it builds on previous exercises from weeks prior. It is obvious there is a purpose to the movements included in ever workout. Chris and Dale both have an extensive amount of knowledge and easily tailor workouts to accommodate all fitness levels, ages, and any restrictions someone may have (ie: limitations from an injury, recent surgery, or during pregnancy!). The amount of support our family has received from this gym on so many levels, and from all of the members, has been amazing. Highly recommend giving BASH Fitness a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

For the past two years or more, I have been dealing with lower back pain. I went to see a physical therapist, chiropractor, and an orthopedic surgeon. Nobody was able to help me deal with my pain. A physical therapist told me there was nothing he could do to improve my situation. I tried other local gyms and nothing was working. I have only been working out with Dale for only 5 sessions (once a week). After the 3rd session, I started to feel the difference. The pain is gone and my lower back feels stronger. Thanks a lot Dale!

I had reached a plateau in my fitness journey. I contacted Dale and he worked with me to create a meal plan that was easy to follow and gave me the little extra push I needed. I followed the plan for 6 weeks along with my normal exercise routine. At the end of the program I had lost just under 12lbs! Dale reached out to me every morning, which was great for accountability. All incredible things to say about BASH Fitness & Dale, this gym is like no other! Last year I underwent two surgeries for both of my hips, at only 19 years old this was very scary and definitely very devastating; having put a long pause on my everyday life as well as my athletic lifestyle of being a gymnast & volleyball player. After my surgeries I have decided not to return to play in the sports I’ve participated in my whole life & instead put my all into the classes at BASH. I attend the gym 3-4 times a week for classes, usually lasting 50-60 minutes. These workouts/the community surely have made my recovery & journey of getting my strength back so much easier. Everyday I walk in/out of the gym I feel motivated, stronger & accomplished. Dale is so amazing & so knowledgeable in the field, I am so grateful for Dale and to be apart of such an awesome place. Dale and BASH helped me in many ways over the years. Two years ago I started a nutrition plan that last for three months, where I dropped 30 pounds to my goal weight. Two years later, I am STILL down at my goal weight, having never gotten close to where I started since. Dale made it easy to incorporate better habits into my life that I have been able to stick with for over 2 years.

I now attend BASH group classes where I am working on building muscle and creating the body physique that I want. The classes last about 50 minutes, 3-times per week, where I am paid attention to and pushed each and every time. The community provided by BASH and Dale enable you to want to come back each time. I am a lifelong dieter who has tried it all. Weight Watchers, WW -same thing I know but I've done it off and on for that long- Slimfast, Atkins, and other crazy diets that you probably have never heard of. All of that was very short-term and, sometimes, got me where I wanted. When I talked with Dale about working with BASH he asked me to go through my dieting history thoroughly and we talked about my past diets *usually* eliminating certain foods which would lead to a giant rebound when I was done. He told me that his strategies weren't anything like that, which scared me at first, but I was reassured that as long as I stuck with the plan and answered my check-ins honestly that I was in good hands. I can say with 100% certainty that he was correct! This young man truly will do anything for his clients to be successful. Going out to eat? He'll look over the menu and help make a smart decision without ruining the experience. Going to a party? He'll help you prepare so you don't end up eating everything in sight. Were there times when I had pizza, ice cream, chips, or cake at a party, yes. Dale never made me feel bad about that and actually ENCOURAGED it from time to time. Everybody was complimenting me on my progress and I felt so good about myself. I was very proud of what I was able to accomplish and I can't thank Dale enough for everything he did for me. All in all I lost 26 lbs in 3 months working with Dale - I wasn't even exercising at the time! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Dale and BASH Fitness and Nutrition to anybody looking to be more comfortable in their own skin. I will be training with him very soon and cannot wait to get started!

After college I was having trouble keeping my weight down. I was a three sport athlete in high school and played football in college so fitness was not anything new to me but I couldn't seem to reel it in this time around. On top of the weight gain, my sports career was littered with injuries so lifting was difficult at first. I wanted to lose around 20 pounds and get back into a regular lifting routine. I figured it would be a good time to reach out to Dale at BASH and see what he can cook up for me.
As far as health was concerned this ended up being the best decision I've ever made! First off, the meal plan was the easiest plan I've ever had to follow. Each meal had multiple options (kind of like a menu) made with all foods that I had requested in my initial consultation. I've done very strict diets in the past and I've had great success but this was truly different. Dale mentioned early on that this was going to provide me with a change in how I eat so I'd be able to work in a few beers and wings on the weekend and boy was he right. This meal plan and the strategies I've learned from Dale are things I still follow to this day years after starting with BASH! Oh yeah, for those into numbers, I lost 24 pounds which actually sent me past my goal weight by 4 pounds!
After 3 months running the meal plan I wanted to really start training so I had Dale program my workouts for me. I had been working out forever but with all of my injuries I wanted professional advice and input so I wouldn't hurt myself again. The gains were insane. One of my goals was to do more pullups. In one month I went from doing 10 reps to 17! Literally in 4 weeks, this was crazy!! Everyone with an athletic background wants a bigger bench press. Well, in that same month my bench went from 205 for 12 reps to 225 for 10! I don't say this to brag but to show you what can happen when you go all in on a coach who does everything they can to guarantee your success.
If you are on the fence about working with BASH Fitness, don't be. If you really want the results and are willing to work hard, putting your trust in BASH Fitness is the best move you can make. I am truly thankful for everything BASH has done for me up to this point and I cannot wait to see what else we can accomplish together in the future.

Dale is very educated, knowledgeable, and experienced in the field of sports/fitness training. He will tailor food/workout plans to your specific needs based on priorities, injuries, work-life balance, etc. He is very kind and motivating! I definitely recommend Dale and Bash Fitness for virtual coaching fitness/food plans. On his strength plan, I became quite stronger which lead to greater levels of motivation. Dale is great! :)
