Established in 2012, Bell City CrossFit is a locally owned and operated CrossFit facility offering group and personal training, along with nutrition consultation in the heart of Bristol, CT.
Bristol's first and only CrossFit facility, we've set the bar with individualized and group training classes for all fitness and ability levels. No long-term contracts, no pressure to up-sell, no gimmicks - just a proven fitness methodology that consistently produces results.

Let’s face it, working out is probably not the highlight of your day. Bell City Crossfit, and all crossfits, are setup with 1 hour group classes. For that one hour a day you complete “hard” tasks together. There is something about facing hard tasks together that creates a great bond amongst people. Everyone has a similar goal and we’re willing to push ourselves to reach that goal. You get the accountability of the community, but the safety of the supervision of the well trained veteran staff. Some of my favorite people can be found at 530am 5 days a week right there.

not only is bell city the best place to get a workout in, the amazing atmosphere and people make this gym so special and give a push to do things you never thought possible!
the nutrition coaching is also top tier! learning so much about my food and how it makes me feel in and out of the gym. couldn’t find a better place :)

Where to begin since I can't say enough great things about Bell City CrossFit... the amount of progress I've made in my 3 years here is truly incredible. From weightlifting, getting out of my comfort zone and doing things I never thought I'd be able to do like a handstand and double unders. Also gaining so much knowledge about nutrition from Coach Nickie through nutrition coaching. I am becoming the best version of myself and gaining so much confidence I never thought I could have! And the coaches as well as the members are some of the best people I have met! BCCF is my home away from home.

I went to bell city for a week while I was visiting my husband in Bristol. Such a small and friendly crossfit gym. I attended 3 or 4 classes. The workouts were good and the people were even better. They were super inviting and nonjudgmental. I will sign up for their 1 week package every time I visit my husband. Also they were super affordable . I wish I could have gone to more classes while I was there.

I always thought CrossFit wasn’t for me since Im not super fit or can’t do some of the workouts. After two fail gym memberships I finally decided to check BCCF out. Wow was I wrong!!
I have been going to Bellcity now for a year and a half, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made.
The coaches are hands down the best and they go out of their way to help you and make sure you get the best out of the workout regardless of experience or fitness level. The encouragement and motivation I received from coaches and other members are all so awesome and they just bring the best out of me!!! I’m so happy I started my CrossFit journey with BCCF!!! 💗

The Bell City CrossFit owners, coaches, staff and community all have a genuine interest in each members’ personal growth and accomplishments. They are ready and willing to work with you no matter you’re level of exercise experience.
They strive to make the environment fun and inclusive while making sure each member practices the movements in the safest way possible by stressing the proper techniques.
This is by far, the hardest and most satisfying personal fitness program I have ever experienced and I’m so happy to have done it with Bell City CrossFit.

What’s there not to love about Bell City? I drive almost an hour because I haven’t been able to find another gym that offers quality programming! The coaches are nothing less than AMAZING and focus on form, which is important to me. It’s apparent that they are truly passionate about their work, clientele, and community! Truly is a welcoming and friendly experience. The phrase "treated like family" gets thrown around a lot. From the welcoming atmosphere, to the friendly people, to the owners not only texting you with check-ins, but their willing to take text questions at any time of day, it truly is a family atmosphere. The workouts are challenging, but productive. They are scaled back for those still working towards the top of the class, and the instructors explain everything every step of the way to make sure there are no unnecessary injuries. Overall, the owners, the instructors and your fellow "box members" are all helpful and truly want to see everyone succeed.
Hopefully somebody in 2024 is reading this part very confused, but for those with COVID-19 concerns, this gym follows every protocol to the letter. Feel very safe going here.

I have been training at Bell City CrossFit since November of 2016. I have always appreciated the extra focus on strength training over pure cardio, but I also felt that this gym had more potential waiting to be unlocked. And guess what?! Now Bell City CrossFit has new owners, and the improvements are better than I ever imagined. Even after 6+ years of CrossFit, I am learning new skills, improving upon old ones, and having a great time pushing myself to new limits. Whether you're a veteran of CrossFit or brand new, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Friendly staff and great people! The staff helped my wife who is new to lifting anything. Taught her movements, what she was unable to do showed variations. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure all the movements were correct to prevent any injurys!!! Couldn't recommend this place enough!
