The equipment is always well-maintained, locker/ changing room and bathrooms are clean, and the people who come here are motivated to workout regardless of their fitness goals. Signing up for the membership with the owner Anthony was easy and best of all, no contract or hidden fees. If you're looking for a small gym or don't want to be tied down to franchise contracts, this is a great location to sign up with! They also offer classes and private lessons if you're looking to amp up your fitness goals.

I really like this place. As others have said it’s small but that means it doesn’t get super busy which is awesome. The owner Anthony is all around a nice guy - no pressure to sign a long contract and doesn’t hit you with absurd fees for everything. Location is also ideal if you ask me.

Such a great place. Never crowded, not intimidating- just a welcoming place. I am highly “gym phobic” and need someplace that I am comfortable. The fitness center has plenty of Cardio machines, WiFi, A weight area, a class area, and even a virtual workout room! The owner takes such pride in her business. Highly reasonable rates- and she even gives free memberships to veterans. Class act. 5/5 stars!
