I've been to a number of personal trainers over the years and none have provided the quality and knowledge that Kathy provides. She has tailored my workout to deal with chronic joint issues, enabling me progress with weight training to a level I never thought possible. Aside from her professionalism, Kathy is just a truly wonderful person -- caring, engaging, attentive and somehow manages to make workouts enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Kathy Creighton is a highly educated personal trainer, who understands anatomy as she creates work outs to meet my personal goals. With each visit, Kathy pays attention to the nuances of my week’s activities and adjusts my session accordingly. Kathy Creighton is so knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you are trying to achieve. There are a couple of physical issues I am dealing, one of them being a torn rotator cuff. Kathy went out of her way to speak with my physical therapist to ensure we weren't doing anything that would further injure my shoulder. I only saw the physical therapist once. My shoulder is feeling so much better, thanks to Kathy. I was considering surgery but really believe that surgery is no longer necessary. I am feeling so much better since I started working out with Kathy. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I would highly recommend her.
