Rachel is excellent at what she does. I’m older (60s) and she knows precisely what I need in order to push myself to get stronger and more flexible, without at all going overboard. After a little more than half a year with Rachel, I can literally see the results. I am more defined and toned. I also feel the results. I’m less fatigued, I can lift things and move about in daily life with more strength and without getting winded (as I used to do). Much of what she teaches is functional in nature, so you take the skills you learn out the gym door with you every day. I highly recommend Rachel and BuildYou Fitness!

Started working out with Rachel years ago. Brought my teenage daughter, at the time, along to keep her in shape for high school sports. My daughter was hooked as well. Rachel is nothing short of strong, inspirational, driven and energetic. With Rachel you get it done! I saw great results with my strength and endurance. She is so inspirational that my now 22 year old daughter is working to become a personal trainer. If that doesn't speak volumes of Rachel's coaching and expertise, I don't know what does. Since I became a mom, and it’s been 10 years, I never found the inspiration and the courage to get back into a workout routine. Being a mom makes you feel like your life takes always the third place in your priorities. I gave birth to my third child and Rachel started giving video classes with so much passion, energy and fun, I just couldn’t stop watching. she transmits such a spontaneity that you know you can do it.
