Burn Boot Camp in Danbury, CT features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I LOVE Burn Boot Camp Danbury. The classes are phenomenal! I always leave feeling SO good. The culture is what keeps me coming back, though. Everyone is so supportive, high fiving for encouragement. Burn is not just a gym you join for the workouts. As a plus, the community that Burn creates is for a lifetime. The trainers are invested in your individual needs and push you to your limits during the workouts. One of the main reasons I joined Burn, was the complimentary child watch. This means I can bring my little and workout every single day, stress free. Burn is by far the best thing that has happened to me in the past year!

Almost a year in and the very best work out of my life! Every day is a different routine which keeps me entertained and motivated. The best part of all... You always go at your own pace!
