Burn Boot Camp in Fairfield, CT features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. After having three kids and starting a business. I told myself I didn't have time to workout. I quickly learned that I had to MAKE time, because I didn't like who I had become. Burn helped me fall in love with exercise again, has offered me a positive outlet for my competitive side (IYKYK) and has introduced me to an amazing community with similar goals. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was in okay shape when I joined but the strength I have gained in a year is pretty unreal. It’s such a supportive group of women and the community support is amazing. If you’re on the fence, do yourself a favor and join ASAP.

This is by far the best thing I’ve done for myself. Started when it first opened and through COVID. It has been a community of people who have become more than just a gym. The constant changing workouts, the continuous push from the trainers. Alyssa truly knows how to make BURN amazing.

Burn Boot Camp is seriously more than a gym. I started during COVID when I was sent home from college and I found my forever people! It’s quickly became my favorite place with the best people. It’s supportive, empowering, and everyone makes it so motivating. I love being surrounded by this strong incredible community!!! Also… they offer childwatch which I think is something so great! The kids all have a blast and make such great friends!

I was so nervous and intimidated to start a gym like Burn…it is intense…but it’s amazing. My first few workouts I had a buddy that helped me and “showed me the ropes” ..literally. I am so inspired by the strength, generosity and kindness of this community. I miss it when I’m not there and look forward to the next time I can go. I gained a sense of confidence I didn’t even know I was missing. The trainers are all so friendly and helpful they will modify workouts to your needs but also push you. From a scheduling perspective, kids and work, it’s helpful for me they have such early morning camps, they also have 1:1 sessions to help you work on your fitness goals through nutrition and working out. All in all it is an incredibly rewarding and effective workout.

The community at Burn Fairfield is unmatched. Hands down, best choice I’ve made was joining Burn. It instantly became my favorite place. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors, feeling the good vibe, and always feel amazing when I leave! Excellent personal training in a group setting. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended! You also get endless high fives and make amazing friends 💙

I love this place. I was a member pre-Covid and through Covid when they had to pivot overnight. Alyssa and the team did an awesome job offering Facebook live workouts and helping us to still feel connected through such a weird time. When I had to cancel my membership thanks to Covid layoffs, I swore I’d be back. This is my gym for life. Been back 2 months and though there are lots of new faces, there are lots of familiar ones, and I’ve always felt welcome here. They push you when you need to be pushed and offer modifications if you need it.

Did a 7-day free trial and fell in love. Great positive atmosphere that's encouraging, challenging and fun. I was welcomed on my first day and continued to feel the same every time I showed up. The trainers remembered my name and were helpful throughout. Love that the workouts are powerful and 45 mins, great for someone like me who's work and life schedules are busy.

I’m from Bridgeport and I signed up for a 4-week trial and went the first week. The following week my job asked me to fill in for someone at a Hartford location for about 2 weeks. I wanted to see if there was any way to pause my trial for a week or so since wasn’t going to be in the surrounding area. I called and left messages several times, sent an email and a message through IG and never got a call back or a response. Even if it couldn’t be done, the professional thing to do was to at least call me back and acknowledge that you received my message. I was already a bit skeptical about them because during the first few days of me going I didn’t really feel too welcomed, so this just completely turned me off. I was really hoping to become part of a community of women who support each other on the path to becoming our best selves, but I guess I’ll have to find that somewhere other than BurnBootcamp of Fairfield 🤷🏽♀️

I’ve tried so many workout places and this is by far my very favorite! Each day is different, fun, and challenging, and the instructors are amazing- personal, honest, fun, and encouraging. It’s a quick 45 min workout that really packs it in. I highly recommend!!!
