The energy and community is amazing! Not only do you get a good sweat, but you have supportive instructors and peers that cheer you on and get you to the finish line at each camp session. I wish there were closer locations in the New Haven and Hartford area but the commute to Wilton is worth it. I look forward to joining a camp session when I’m in the area.

I’m not going to lie, I was super intimidated by the social media posts because everyone seemed so fit and I was not after having two kids and taking very little care of myself. I decided to give Burn a try during one of their free weeks and I was HOOKED. Everyone is at their own levels, the instructors and camp groups are all super motivating no matter where you are in your fitness journey, and it’s FUN!! I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and have met so many new friends. My kids are also able to come to childwatch and they look forward to going everyday just as much as I do! If you’re looking for a great community and a great workout, I 10/10 recommend trying out Burn in Wilton!

I originally joined Burn Bootcamp a year ago when I was looking for a gym that would provide childcare while I worked out. What I found was so much more. The 45 minute workouts focus on one area each day. They move quickly and are always different so you never do the same workout twice. The trainers are wonderful and encourage you to be your best self. Childcare and focus meetings with a trainer are included in membership. The best part is the community I have found. Everyone is kind, encouraging, and most of all, we have fun! Even my children have made great friends in the playroom and ask me to go to the gym so they can play. I cannot recommend Burn enough!

I started going to Burn on a holiday promotion with no intention of joining on a monthly basis. After doing the 30 days, I was so impressed by the amazing people and the great idea that makes Burn what it is that I bought a year up front for me and my wife. Working out at Burn Bootcamp is always a pleasure, even when it's really hard. I like a set it and forget it type of workout where I don't have to make any decisions other than to show up. Once I show up, I know I'm in efficient, knowledgable, and effective hands. Bonus that the community is supportive and welcoming, and as an autistic human they've made accommodations for me that allow me to keep going and keep training. Deciding to join Burn Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I could make. As a "senior" I was looking for a place that could help me increase body strength and balance as well as tone up and lose weight. I was hesitant at first because of all the young people there but the owner, Emma, and the trainers immediately made me feel welcome. I can't say ENOUGH about the trainers!! Anna, Luisa and Danielle are motivating, patient, non judgmental and always there to offer modifications to exercises I can't do to keep me on my path to better health and fitness. I can't say enough positive things about Burn Boot Camp, especially when it comes to Anna's classes! Every single session with Anna is a blast. She's the reason I eagerly show up every morning for the 5:30am class.
Since joining Burn Boot Camp, I've lost an incredible 25 pounds, gained noticeable muscle, and learned so much about maintaining a healthy diet. The community here is incredible—I've made friends who support me every step of the way and celebrate even the smallest successes with me.

I walked in on a whim after trying other gyms in the area. I thought I’d give it a try for one month. One month has now turned into a year, and I have finally found the gym for me. I have been a member of Burn since the day they opened and truly love going there every day. I moved about 15 miles away almost 3 years ago but yet I still get up every morning at 5:43AM. It’s not JUST about the workout, which is absolutely amazing AND changes daily, it’s about a room full of people who lift and inspire you. The women (and men) that are there every day also encourage you to be your best self always with a smile. You could be having a rough week or day and as soon as you walk through those doors, your attitude changes, like I’m here, where I want to be!!
The trainers are amazing, they are always cheering you on, high-fiving you AND pushing you to work just a bit harder. I have bad knees and have gone through a few foot issues and there are always mods, no matter what the workout is. They are always prepared to offer mods to those of us that can’t do a specific exercise and with a smile!
I have made so many amazing friends at Burn, it is truly my happy place!

I had been looking for classes where I could have a mix of strength and functional training. I finally found this gem and I love it! Great, effective workouts in 45 minutes. Everyone is also super welcoming; it doesn't feel "stuffy" like other places I have been to in the area. Now I just wish there was a facility in my town since I do drive 20 minutes to get here! I joined Burn Bootcamp in Wilton in 2018 when my friend from Ohio was visiting and couldn’t miss her workout on a Saturday morning. She brought me a long with her and I found myself in the middle of a 1,000 rep challenge. I was in the market for a new gym as I was getting bored at my current gym. Despite how difficult camp was that day, I realized that this was exactly what I needed to challenge myself. I ended up taking advantage of the 1 week trial and fell in love. The commute from Stamford was further than I would have liked but I found it to be completely worth it. I liked that the workouts were planned out for me, the formats were different every day, and that there was a good mix of strength and cardio training. The music was good too! The floating floor was also a game changer as it is so much easier on your joints than a regular gym floor. Once the pandemic hit, I was doing the workouts at home and of course it wasn’t the same but we were all in this together. Once the gym opened back up I was even more motivated. After a few life changes I had to step away from Burn for a bit and ended up joining a regular gym that was closer to home. It was $30/month and I found myself on the treadmill for 20 minutes and lifting weights for 30 minutes and being completely bored out of my mind to the point where I was going as little as twice per week. I knew I needed to get back to Burn. It didn’t help that a friend I had made at Burn continued to harass me to get back to it.
I heard that ownership had changed at Burn Bootcamp in Wilton and I thought this was the perfect time to get back to it…I am so incredibly happy that I did. Emma (new owner) is AMAZING. She has completely transformed this gym into a community. I am back to attending 5-6 days per week and instead of feeling guilty for missing a camp, I am sad that I didn’t get to start my morning with my friends. The motivation is through the roof and Emma and the trainers are inspirational. Burn in Wilton also incorporates nutrition training which was something that wasn’t necessarily offered the first time I joined. The trainers are amazing, fun, and motivating. There are events outside of the gym such as pop up shops for us all to get to know each other better and support each other in our side hustles. It is worth every single penny and then some. I will never leave Burn again.
Do yourself a favor and join Burn Bootcamp in Wilton…you will know after your first week that this is the best gym you will ever be a part of. You have nothing to lose and a family, motivation, and healthier lifestyle to gain.

First gym I’m not dragging myself to run on the treadmill and then maybe use the weight room while feeling uncomfortable due to others just walking around and staring. Burn is so much more than a gym. It is an inspiring community. I am excited for the workouts, which are never the same and always challenging. At burn you get results and have fun at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. There are mods for every workout. The trainers are amazing and push you to be your best. I go 6 mornings a week and wouldn’t want to start my day any other way. I look forward to seeing my burn sisters every morning. I walk out of burn feeling energized and with a sense of accomplishment I don’t get anywhere else. It has 100% changed my life.

When I joined Burn Boot Camp 2 1/2 years ago, I could not spell burpee let alone do a burpee. But Burn changed me and now, I can do all kinds of burpees. Who knew there were so many? Burn is so much more than a gym, it is community. I miss Burn when I cannot go. The trainers are amazing and the members are so encouraging. Every day is different so it never gets boring as Burn mixes targeted strength days and cardio work outs. Included with the membership are one-on-one focus meetings to discuss nutrition, weight and strength goals. Burn is always giving us new ways and ideas to get our nutrition right, stay on goal and develop healthy habits. Burn has only gotten better under the leadership of Wilton resident, Emma, who is a true innovator and cares deeply about the Burn Wilton community. If cry/laughing after an ab day, not being sure if you can lift a glass of water after an arm day or feeling like your entire lower body has quit on you after a leg day - this place is for you. Trainers and other members are incredibly helpful no matter where you’re starting point is - I had never been to a gym before starting here & there have only been supportive cheers & high-fives from people I didn’t know even while others were blowing me out of the water. I don’t feel nearly as incapable in a relatively short period of time and have loads more energy and strength than before thanks to Burn Wilton!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would willingly do burpees at 5:30 THE MORNING. Yet, when you become apart of such a welcoming community of strong women and men, you want nothing more than to be there every day. Did I mention, the WIDE selection of attire and nutrition that the location has to offer? Their workout tops are my new favorite things to wear. The Afterburn bars is a great snack to keep me going and help me with my protein intake. I am forever thankful for deciding to join Burn Boot Camp!!!

Two kids, two pandemic years and two small businesses later- this mama was SPENT. Luckily some genius at my kid’s school thought hey let’s offer these moms a deal to get them to try this gym.
Not to sound too dramatic, but after five days I can already see a change. Not so much physically of course, but mentally. As moms, we tend to put ourselves last. The 9:30 AM slot allows me to drop my kids off at school and then do something for myself before taking care of everyone and everything else for the rest of the day.
And Although my kids are past the point where I need childcare, the fact that the gym’s owner, Emma )a local mom)- offers this is incredible and makes me feel so seen as a mother.Don’t have someone to watch your Littles? no problem. Bring them to class with you and they will be playing in a room right next to where you work out.
Speaking of the workouts, 45 minutes is the sweet spot. The instructors run a short warm-up and then demo each station- a mix of weights, bands, jump ropes are used. Then they split you off into groups. I’ve been in groups as small as two and as large as six. And every single time it’s been an incredible group of women helping to remind me what the exercise is (hello ADD).
The instructors remember your name and come around regularly to make sure that you are doing things right. I have a lower back injury and they don’t hesitate to help me find modifications. The music is fun and upbeat and the space is bright airy and SO CLEAN.
The stations make it so no matter how hard it is- you know you’re moving onto something else in a few short minutes.
Even better, my friends are slowly joining so now it’s like I get a quick little girl time in a few times a week. I’m eating better and going to bed earlier because I’m too tired to mindlessly scroll Instagram for my “me” time at night- which btw is the worst “me time”. Now I’m going to bed early because I know I’ll want that energy for my morning “me time”.
Cannot say enough good things. Just go. Do the free one week trial and go. YOU ARE WORTH IT.

Like so many, I was doing at-home workouts as a result of Covid, but truly missed the energy that in person classes provided. I was ready to try something new and so I took a co-workers recommendation and tried out Burn Bootcamp for a month. I thoroughly enjoyed it from my very first workout, and after the month trial was over, I had zero hesitation about becoming a member. That was 14 months ago, and the workouts just keep getting better and better! Not only do you get a great workout, but you are encouraged by the trainers and your fellow BURN members at every class. The trainers are all outstanding, the environment is positive, friendly and upbeat, and no two workouts are ever the same. Burn was exactly what I was looking for - and more! If you feel like something is "missing" in your workouts, I have no doubt that you will find it at Burn Bootcamp!

Burn Boot Camp was an excellent decision for me. I joined when it first opened and have been going 5-6 days a week ever since. For years I HATED working out- I quite literally just paid rent at my local YMCA (which was right across the street from my apt)- and about a year ago I decided I needed to shake up my routine. Enter Burn...I knew one of the trainers from her past career as a photographer and I look a leap of faith...right into a Plyo MetCon class mind you. It's a wonder I came back, but I did (and at 5:30 a.m.) and haven't looked back since. Burn is a place where you are challenged and supported all at the same time. The trainers are all so genuine and motivating, the ownership is tops, and the women (especially my Rooster Crew) are indescribable. If you are on the fence- jump!

When I couldn’t handle the weight of my husband I divorced him. When I couldn’t handle the weight of carrying my 3 children I joined Burn. haha. Ok it wasn’t the weight of my kids but maybe the weight and lack of identity I felt since having kids. I have joined over 10 gyms in my life. I have left each one. None offered me the chance to grow like Burn does. Inside and out. The trainers not only inspire but unceasingly encourage each of us. This is the ONE place in my life I can be me while becoming a stronger version of me. Though I'm still a work in progress and not quite Athena (yet) I'm in the best shape of my life. After a depressing 2 years, my friend told me to try Burn Boot Camp in Wilton. I signed up for the free 7 day promotion. Day ONE was all I needed. I have been a member of the rooster crew(5:30am class) since November. I go 6 days per week , sometimes I even add a Sunday online class.

If I could give Burn Boot Camp Wilton a million stars on this review, I would 1000% do it! I have always worked out, but nothing I've done at other gyms even compares to this one. I started Burn pre-opening in the parking lot doing the pop up camps almost 3 years ago and never looked back. In that 3 years, I have NEVER had the same workout twice! Seriously, where can you find that?? Burn has truly changed my life in every way...the community, the new friendships and the AMAZING workouts! I go to camp 6 days a week because if I don't, I feel like I am missing out and it is the one thing I look forward to every morning...after coffee of course! Burn has not only helped me to become much stronger physically but also mentally! I dare you to give it a try, because I know you won't be disappointed and like me....you will be going 6 days a week!

Every morning M-F my alarm goes off at 4:45AM. My eyes adjust to the dark, I think about throwing my alarm clock across the room and I think to myself, "Do I really want to go today?" I then get dressed, chug coffee, pretend I am Beyonce, jump into the car and drive to Burn Boot Camp Wilton, scream (sing?) "DIVA" the whole way. As soon as my feet hit the ground in the parking lot, I am HYPED to spend my favorite 45 minutes of my day(s) with people who are courageous, dedicated, smart, confident, strong, and inspirational. And yes, after I complete the workout, (in case you were wondering) I 100% morph into Queen B herself y'all.
This gym changed my life! I was a college athlete and missed being on a team. When I found BURN I realized this was what I was missing! Every day is a new workout and a new adventure. You get to meet amazing STRONG women who cheer you on EVERY step of the way and become life friends!
Yes, I have become stronger. Yes, my endurance has increased. But the most important change I've noticed is the happiness that bursts out of my body after completing a workout. That feeling of being proud, of laugh-crying after you just grabbed a heavier set of weights, of getting high-fived after doing something HARD is why we keep coming back! We can do hard things and SO CAN YOU! Come inside and you too can morph into Beyonce Knowles-Carter.
