Get ready to have your world rocked! I recently discovered Cardiokick, and I can't stop raving about it. If you're looking for a workout that's fun, challenging, and incredibly effective, this is it.
From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and the instructors are absolutely phenomenal. They aren't just experts at what they do; they are also the friendliest, most encouraging people you'll ever meet. They remember your name, cheer you on, and genuinely care about your progress. It's like working out with a group of friends who happen to be fitness rockstars.
The class itself is a total blast! It's a high-energy mix of kickboxing, cardio, and strength training that flies by. The moves are easy to follow, but the workout is seriously intense, leaving you feeling strong, sweaty, and completely energized. You'll punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger you, all while having the time of your life.
I've tried countless fitness classes, and none have made me feel as good as Cardiokick. The results are undeniable, but more importantly, it's a place where you'll feel supported, motivated, and part of a fantastic community. Trust me, do yourself a favor and try a class. Awesome place! Instructors are amazing, people are amazing, and workouts are challenging, but fun. I have been a member here for almost two years and I have never gotten bored with the workouts. There are people of all ages, sizes and abilities here. Totally no judgement zone. Love it!

Jonathan is an amazing instructor! The coordination of the workout is so balanced, and he keeps me motivated every session. I feel energized after my workouts, and my stamina has noticeably increased. It’s also such a great stress reliever. This is the go-to place if you’re looking to get your cardio kickboxing on!

The instructors, the classes and the members at Cardio Kick Studio are the best. Kickboxing is combined with strength training for a great full body workout, and everyone is made to feel welcome, whatever their ability. Yoga and kids’ classes are also offered, and the staff are always coming up with new ways to make exercising fun and challenging. It’s a workout community like no other!

I have been on a weightloss/health journey for the last year. I recently celebrated 1 year nicotine free and knew it was time to move my body. Since I hadn’t done any kind of physical exercise in about 7 years I felt intimidated starting in a group exercise class, but I tried it and was blown away at how easily I could jump this type of workout. While the class is high intensity, I can go at my own pace. The instructor gave me modified movements that allowed get the best work out for my level. The Fairfield Cardio Kick community is supportive, down to earth and welcoming! The instructors are phenomenal, motivational and helpful. They offer early morning classes which is not easy to find in the area. These classes benefit my mind and body! I feel powerful, confident and energized after class. I have never had this kind of experience at a workout studio before. It’s been a game changer and I am so grateful I didn’t let the fear stop me from trying this. I cannot say enough good things about Cardio Kick studio. I used to box (straight boxing, not kickboxing) in NYC and at first I was afraid this place would focus too much on the "cardio" and the "kickboxing" 😉 but I am happy to report that there is a ton of regular boxing that happens here on the heavy bags. It's an amazing, full body workout that has completely changed my fitness level. When I started I couldn't do a single situp but now my body is the strongest it's maybe ever been. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and workout fanatics!

I love this place! I did the fitness/nutrition challenge and dropped 4 lbs and 3% body fat in 6 weeks. I really enjoy this studio, all of the classes I’ve taken, the community, and the instructors. I feel stronger and more confident after each class. It’s a great workout that leaves me energized. The warm-ups are super hard but I have learned a lot about boxing and met some amazing people in the process. Try a class! You won’t regret it!

This place has changed me in so many positive ways. Before attending classes at Cardio Kick I struggled to stick with a workout routine. The best & easiest decision I ever made was joining this community. I started off with the plan that allows 3x per week but once I started, I was hooked! I love the 5:45am classes and sense of community this studio gives me.
I was never an active person, didn’t grow up playing sports or anything of that nature but I have grown to love kickboxing and learning new moves and techniques, etc.

I was a member at Cardio Kick since the day of was open but left in the summer of 2023. After not achieving the fitness goals I wanted, I signed back up at Cardio Kick in January.
The picture in black is from Jam 3rd and green is from Feb 26th.
Cardio Kick offers a full body cardio based workout with strength exercises mixed in depending on the day and instructor. Each class is instructor led but you can still individually modify for your fitness level. I enjoy the works and since returning I have been able to trim some weight and add strength.
The community built by the members and instructors is highly motivating.
If you are looking to start or change up your exercise routine, I would highly recommend Cardio Kick. Come join me in the studio!

Been kickboxing for 8 years and was moving to Fairfield and figured I’d have to give it up. Then in walks Cardio Kick! I was so warmly welcomed by every instructor who truly were interested in me…my experience and shoulder issues. Current members were so kind, introducing themselves - making me feel like part of the Cardio Kick family from day 1! LOVE the workouts…never the same thing. Instructors make it so much fun and challenging. The owner is dedicated, kind and welcoming herself. I am so happy to have found and be part of the Cardio Kick family! 💪🏻🥊

Cardio kick is the best gym I’ve joined in a while. I live 30/40 min away and need to take a break due to the commute and new work schedule, but I still had to jump on here and give them 5 stars. I am sad to have to leave. They are so trustworthy and honest with their pricing and just all around awesome people. When I asked about the cancellation process, I learned that it isn’t auto renew and it was no stress! The classes are amazing. Great music, a good, full-body workout. They offer enough classes at different times of the day, so it should work for you no matter what. They do monthly challenges and really work hard to build the community. If you’re new to kickboxing this is a great place to learn — very welcoming and they help you every step of the way. Amanda and Jonathon are my favorite instructors. They both offer a great range of knowledge and skills. I will am sure I’ll be back one day. I wish I lived closer!

I look forward to always taking class at Cardio Kick because not only does it provide an amazing workout, but the instructors are absolutely wonderful! They always have such great energy and motivate you every single second. They are always expanding their routines and incorporating new workouts, which I LOVE! They have weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, jump ropes, and battle ropes. I love love love and standby Cardio Kick! Definitely recommend everyone to try it out, so you can experience for yourself what I am talking about :))

I absolutely love this place. I may be bias because I work there but the community that we have built in Fairfield is incredible. I had a new member tell me today this is the first gym she has ever felt comfortable. I love going to my job because I know that even if I had a bad day I get to see so many incredible, driven people. And I get to punch stuff so that’s cool too! If you have always wants to try kickboxing this is the place to go! All the instructors are certified to help bring out the best in you! We have members in there teens to 70s and 80s. We will make it work for you!!!!
