This gym has met all my fitness needs at an affordable price per month. This gym has multiple areas (not one open floor plan), a movie cardio room, group classes, a sauna and the list goes on. For all the amenities it provides, the cost is perfect! Since having my baby, this gym has provided a place to get back into shape and in an environment where I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Other members have always been friendly whether I’m there at 4am or 4pm. I would recommend this gym to others for sure!

While under normal circumstances I’d give this place a 5/5 stars, the lady at the front desk was acting a bit rudely and was making fun of someone who attended the gym (said person was just outside in the parking lot). She mocked how they were mid exercise to another patron of the gym, which really just isn’t appropriate behavior, especially at a gym where people go to grow and improve themselves. I hope that she considers a new attitude towards others who are trying their best to be healthy…

I traveled into the Hartford area for work and was able to get a day pass at a good price. Typically I like to hit up the local powerlifting gyms but there were none in the area that accepted day passes. The gym is clean and had all the equipment I needed for my workout. They also have a good selection of protein drinks at the front desk. I would go back if I travel back to the area.

I just joined a few days ago and I've only been in for one workout, but I like this gym a lot. The staff who gave my daughter and I a tour was friendly and helpful, as was the woman who signed me up when I came back to make it official.

The free weight section is spacious, the facility is clean and well-ventilated, and there are several amenities I look forward to trying. (Cardio Theatre, perhaps the sauna in the locker room) I'm low maintenance, so I signed up for the $9.99/month plan, but they offer several others.

I look forward to being a member for a long time.

It is nice place to workout. Just started my membership few weeks ago. It has sauna room and also extreme room, so it is very nice place. People are nice and friendly. Best time to workout is before 5pm. Lot of machines. Also got cinema cardio workout room. Right next to Warehouses such as Amazon and WCD. Lot of my coworkers go there. I do prefer also the bloomfield one because they have more higher cielings.

Ive been a stuntman for about 10 years now, so I get to travel a lot. Being able to train while away on or off the job is important to maintain proper readiness. I've been to a good number of training facilities and gyms and I must say, I felt so welcome, and cared for after just one visit here. The staff, the members, are so kind. Quiet, wonderful equipment, delicious shakes. I went to another facility in Manchester and it just like a corporate facility. There is kindness along with the willingness to help people achieve their fitness goals. Whenever I come back to Connecticut, this is where I will train. 🙏🏽❤️💪🏾

I cancelled my membership to this facility over 2 years ago, and found out today that it was, in fact, not cancelled, and past due. After receiving a text message about having a past-due amount, I contacted the facility to try and figure out what the issue was, and the person had no information as to how much I owed, and why. I was told they would speak to their manager and get back to me. I did not hear back. I was continually spammed with text message notifications until I finally reached out to them again, at which point I was told to pay my balance, minus the late fees. I should be so grateful.

I reached out to a roommate I was living with at the time who was a member at the same facility, and he is having the same issue.

My apologies to the associate I spoke with today (Laurie?) who was finally the one to help me navigate the issue and who received the backlash of my frustrations. I appreciate the help.

In the end, all of these franchise gyms are a scam to try and pull every dime out of you. I recommend setting up an at-home gym.

Staff is very unwelcoming! I have witnessed racial profiling at this gym over 2 times now and would not recommend it to anyone, especially to people of color. I am currently in the process of looking for another gym. I’m very dissatisfied with the climate of this gym and how management addresses these issues !

Great gym - they have a partnership with the Homewood Suites that allows hotel guests to work out for free during their stay.

Wonderfully clean facility, with all of the necessary equipment a few extras (like the Rogue Echo bike!!).

This facility is cheery, plenty of equipment, locker rooms and the gym overall are well-maintained and the staff is very professional. So why not rate it 5 star? The wifi is too often slow to access, and connectivity is too often iffy during the course of my workout. This is a problem for folks like me who like to listen to music apps during cardio workouts. Since we have been members for a few months, we can say that unpredictable wifi access is the norm rather than the exception.

When you sign a contract it has an automatic renewal clause . I have in good faith paid my dues for six months . I moved so I never was able to go . Now I get charged with a renewal fee . when I called they hung up on me . so now I have to cancel my bank card . Read the fine print in the contract . after this I will never sign another gym contract ever again !

The gym itself is OK. They have decent equipment but they do not update much in there. I've been going there for 7 years because of the proximity to my work and i haven't seen much updating to equipment during that time. Their "$10" a month membership option is also very deceptive. There's a huge initial fee and then an additional "maintenance" fee each year that actually makes the membership $15 a month. If you plan to go to this gym for 10 years it works out to $17 in the long run with all the fees. Would be totally worth it if you could use this type of membership at any other Golds gym or Club Fitness but unfortunately you can't. Not going to be keeping up my membership here much longer.

This place is clean, well-equipped, has marvelous bathroom and dressing areas and a staff that is near perfection. Ron, who covers the desk during the week, is their strongest asset--funny, friendly, and helpful, but mostly incredibly welcoming. I love this place!
