Start with trainer and he was so attentive and listen to me and is willing to help me reach my goals and I feel supported and empowered and he don't play and I love that looking forward to getting back in shape getting healthier and stronger.

They have everything you could want and need in a fitness center. Caters to all levels of fitness. I have never waited to use a piece of equipment (I do go early in the morning). Highly recommend!
