I've been a student of Connecticut Aerial Yoga for 6 years and it's been one of the greatest places to go to. The instructors are all welcoming and knowledgeable. 6 years later I am still learning and feel like a new student because of all the amazing new tricks, skills and techniques the instructors bring. I highly recommend everyone taking an All levels class and building from there, that's how I learned and its so much fun.

This place is great! Super fun and a great workout that is way diffferent from a normal hour at the gym.
I have been here twice and would come all the time if they had more classes and I could afford it!
Genevieve was the instructor both times and she is awesome! She is so helpful and makes you very comfortable when trying new things!
So awesome for a sissy like me to be able to do flips!
Highly recommend it!
