Best yoga studio I have ever been to, and I've done yoga for over 20 years. I'm not graceful or flexible, but I always feel comfortable doing modifications. Jen Irwin is terrific as are all the other teachers. Really helps me clear my mind and relax. Highly recommend this studio.

Dew Yoga is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in practicing yoga. I have much love and respect for Jen, along with so many of Dew's fabulous teachers, who always create a safe space for the beginner yogi through the most advanced. The classes are always inspirational and the experienced teaching staff always put forth a broad offering so that one can find either challenge or restoration in almost any class. Even more, Jen continues to offer new ways to deepen one's practice be it through meditation or Yoga Nidra or community based events to engage your heart.

I have been part of the Dew family for at least a decade and have found it to be my "home away from home." Never thinking I would be a teacher, Dew reignited my passion for yoga so deeply that I completed my 200 hours under the tutelage of the amazing Dew staff. It was a transformational experience and gave me so, so much more in personal growth beyond the ability to lead a yoga class.

The new studio on Long Ridge is a beautiful and welcoming space for the beginner to start a new practice or an experienced yogi to take their practice to the next level. Come visit Dew soon!

Dew Yoga is the reason I have embraced yoga. Period. Jen, Jeff, Allison, Gilly, Lisa and Robert are not only very welcoming, but extraordinarily passionate about the practice and impart their knowledge in a deeply personal manner. Dew Yoga, IMO, does not turn yoga into a competitive or pretentious practice as opposed to other studios. If you are in the Stamford/Pound Ridge area, Dew Yoga IS the place!

Dew Yoga is a community as much as a yoga studio. It is warm and welcoming no matter what your age, practice level or yoga clothes. You feel that each of your teachers knows you and cares about you. So happy they have found a new space for us all to practice.

I have been practicing at Dew for at least 10 years. From the moment you walk into the studio doors, you feel warm and welcomed. The community of those who practice here feels very much like a family. There are a variety of classes on the schedule and the teachers offer variations throughout the class so beginners to advanced can all participate. It is truly a no-judgement zone. Jen, the owner, is inspiring and is always looking to add workshops or clinics to the schedule in addition to the classes. I HIGHLY recommend Dew Yoga.

This studio is the best place to practice in all of Stamford and the surrounding area. The teachers embody everything a yoga teach should be. I have learned more from these teachers than my doctors and three physical therapists. Spiritually their classes are inspired and have helped me connect with myself on so many levels. This place is more than a yoga studio. It’s a community.

Dew Yoga is amaaazing!!! My favorite class is Jackie Tepper's Kundalini Yoga class which includes movement, stretching, breath work, meditation, and chanting. Her classes provide a perfect blend of yoga fitness and spirituality! Jackie is a super dedicated teacher, and each class makes me feel more balanced and rejuvenated. And she plays the best music! Since moving away from the Stamford area (I live in TX now), I am so grateful to be able to continue taking virtual classes offered by Dew Yoga.

For over a decade, Dew Yoga has been my primary yoga community and studio. The teachers and classes vary in intensity and style and its this variety that has allowed me to find a place that suits my practice in many stages - pregnant, healing from injury, or wanting to sweat and surrender with a more challenging practice. All teachers follow a compassionate approach - which means that they seek to understand the physical and emotional needs of those who attend their classes and offer the right approach and modifications.

The community of yogis who attend Dew Yoga take great care of this studio as their own and it becomes a place that is warm, welcoming and inclusive to all who seek the benefits of what yoga offers.

I received my 200 hour training with 4 of their teachers - Jen, Rita, Ann and Robert in December 2018 - an experience that was transformational and unforgettable.

I highly recommend Dew Yoga for all yogis - from young to old, beginner to advanced, and easy to challenging.

I came “back” full force to yoga after hip replacement and Jen along with the entire DEW family have been extraordinarily welcoming and supportive. Yoga does not come to me naturally and I was definitely intimidated, but with Jen’s inspiration and her “show up as you are” messaging, I kept at it and have gained innumerable benefits in mind, body and spirit! There will be a new studio soon, so come join us and "do you" at DEW!

Dew has been my yoga home for several years now. I appreciate the warm, friendly environment, the knowledge and kindness of the teachers and the variety of experiences offered. During the pandemic I became a steady regular of Jackie Tepper's kundalini classes and they got me through a couple of very rough years. Dew I'm grateful Dew is an ongoing part of our community and I look forward to visiting the studio's new physical home soon!

This is a wonderful studio for practicing yoga. There are two studios. One is on High Ridge (actually the entrance is in the rear, so you have to enter from Paul Pl) and the other is Hope Street (where I usually go with my wife) in downtown Springdale. Both have ample parking and both have immaculate, multiple spaces that are appropriately decorated. No need to bring mats since they are provided if you ask. My taste tends toward traditional Hatha Yoga which includes breathing (Pranayama), postures (asanas) and resting. I find Jeff and Jen offer just what I'm looking for in their Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga classes. If you are looking for some good fun, Vicki offers wonderful restorative classes. There are many other classes of different flavors for those who are looking for something different such as Vinyasa Yoga. I've been practicing Yoga and Tai Chi for 35 years and am so grateful that Dew Yoga is available in my community. Jen, the owner, is a lovely and very supportive instructor/owner who will greet you and warmly welcome you to your first class. Whether you are just getting started, re-starting, or a long time practitioner, there is sure to be a class/instructor that you will enjoy. Namaste!

Dew on Hope is the best stress reliever I have had in years. I was so nervous to start doing yoga, but everyone there was super nice and welcoming. The teacher was great about guiding me and helping me do the poses. No judgement, just compassion. Awesome space at Family Tree Yoga. Definitely want to keep learning there. Thanks for the class.

My daughter has been raving about Dew Yoga for years, and I finally had the chance to check it out. I heard about the merger with Family Tree Yoga, so I took my first class at their secondary location, Dew on Hope. I loved it! The teacher was so inviting, with such a kind, soothing voice. It's an incredible community of people. I really lived the atmosphere at this space. Especially since it's winter, it was so nice to be in an environment that was so open and welcoming. It is spacious, but still manages to have this intimate, cozy vibe. Amazing and I can't wait to go back!

I have been an avid lover of Dew Yoga for years. I was so excited to hear that they are expanding and now offering classes in Family Tree Yoga's studio space on Hope St. in Springdale. "Dew on Hope" as it is called, was an incredible experience. The studio space is gorgeous, and it is such a healing, calming environment. My problem has always been finding time to make a class, but now with double the classes to choose from due to the expansion, the odds are you can make a class! Dew on Hope is my new favorite thing, not to mention a life saver.

I’m so happy to have found Dew Yoga! It’s a peaceful oasis where everyone is warm & welcoming. The schedule is full of classes for all levels, which is great for a working single mom like me. And there’s no judgments or feeling of competition from the teachers or fellow yogis, just genuine acceptance and encouragement. I’ve only been at Dew for about a month & I’m addicted. Go once a day or once a week! There’s no better yoga studio for your mind, body & spirit.

I've been exploring all of the yoga studios in the area in search of a space that feels welcoming, safe, nurturing and inclusive --like home-- as I expand my practice both as a yoga student and teacher. Dew Yoga is that for me. During times that I crave a challenge, I take the vigorous classes. When I'm tight and in my head, I gravitate toward Rita's healing flow or Ann's Kripalu classes. Time and time again, I return to Dew because of their comprehensive offerings and focus on community. I respect the teachers and am drawn by their sincere interest in your wellbeing. The more I learn about the studio, the more I treasure it. I've observed toddlers run to Sage's Pajama Story Time, while their parents take some "me" time. I have practiced next to seniors, beginners and yogis that bend in all sorts of ways (I didn't know possible) all in the same room! They are consistently making space and adapting their offerings to the changing seasons and community's needs--thai massage, equinox meditations, yoga for cancer survivors, yoga for 12-step recovery, donation classes and workshops galore. Choosing three words to describe Dew: Authentic, Accessible, Community

On the first Friday night of each month at 6:45pm for an hour. There is a meditation class taught by Alison DeNicola. It is so relaxing, soothing and healing. It is a must experience class! You will want to come back each month. Not a minute late trust me!!

Alison DeNicola, ihas a style that is all her own. Alison, will assist you to relax, with deep breathes, talks you into a favorite place for letting go, of your day. When the hour is over, you will feel as if you were on holiday. She gives you her all with special music, tucking you in with blankets & pillows, hands you a card to a closing send off. It is exciting to see were you are in your life, by reading the meaning of the card chosen. Alison takes the time to explain, the meaning of your card. She sends you away with graditude for attending her class and invites you back for the next..

5 Star Class that is a must to attend! Happily Lisa
