My wife Carrie and I took one of Diana's Herbalist classes and will be taking the intermediate class today! She is such a great instructor and kind and caring person. You can tell she truly is passionate about what she is doing. She teaches the right way and always takes the time to answer questions, no matter your experience level. The class taught us a lot, hands-on, and even had recipes shared to help kick start our new passion about learning herbs, health & wellness. We highly recommend getting in touch with her!

Sharing her Kripalu training, her melodic voice, and her lovely energy, Diana provides a well-balanced class of gentle asana and pranayama, with an occasional bonus of an option to work with weights. I should note in particular that I am a long distant student. Diana’s presence through Zoom is not diminished; she works well with the technology and presents a beautiful space in her studio. Being a yoga teacher myself, it is nice to be the student and follow Diana’s guidance. This is class for any level/ability of student.

I started taking Kripalu style of yoga classes with Diana in June of 2020 and have been taking classes up to three times a week with her since. She is a wonderful teacher and I look forward to my classes with her. She is kind, patient, caring and very knowledgeable. She teaches us the the different Asana yogi positions and gives options for different levels of experience. Pranayama or breath with the moves are embedded with each move which leaves us feeling relaxed and calm for the rest of the day or night. Yoga with Diana also has significantly helped my neck and back pain and I plan to continue my practice with Diana.
