In addition to fitness training, DiversaFit also offers pickleball, tennis, golf, and kayaking lessons. Outdoor activity memberships, wellness retreats, kids fitness training, and sports-specific training are also available ala carte. DiversaFit is a woman-owned and operated business that welcomes and accepts ALL ages, fitness levels, genders, ethnicities, LGBTQIA+, etc

I had two pickleball lessons with Jen in a group of five beginner players. Jen is wonderful - clear instructions in small doses allowing us to quickly understand the rules and scoring, as well as apply and remember them. She is extremely patient and made the game so much fun! She also gave us ways to join groups and meet other players. I’m so happy I took lessons with Jen!

You'll never meet anyone more energetic, enthusiastic and encouraging than Jenn Nuzzo. She is knowledgeable about what you need as a client in order to get in shape. Jen taught me (and a bunch of others) pickle ball this fall. Had a blast! Jen was patient, caring, understanding, flexible. Did I say patient?? It's not easy to teach a group of middle-aged or slightly older people something new.
So those in my class could meet and find others to play with, Jen introduced our class to other classes in a pickleball jamboree.
Jen made every part of the experience fun for everyone. Nothing but the highest praise for Jen.

Working with Jennifer as a personal trainer has been VERY rewarding! Not too long ago I had knee replacements and really needed to get motivated to keep moving, since my physical therapy had stopped. When I first met with Jennifer, I thought the only thing that would work for me was the treadmill. She has helped me tremendously to work not only my legs to feel stronger, but the confidence to work the total body. She is such a positive, encouraging and knowledgeable trainer and meets the needs of all the people she works with. Would recommend her to anyone looking to feel better and get some fitness into their life.

Jennifer is the first personal trainer I have worked with since moving to CT, and I only wish that I had done so sooner. Jennifer creates both challenging and engaging workouts that take into consideration my previous injuries as a college athlete. She always listens to my concerns and continues to support me throughout my fitness journey. Not only do I always leave Jennifer’s clean and cozy studio in a great mood, but I can see and feel how much stronger I’ve gotten after our exhilarating work outs.
I always appreciate Jennifer’s flexibility when it comes to working around my schedule and have never had any issues when I needed to cancel when something came up with work. Jennifer will work to fit you into a different time slot, no questions asked.

Jenn is not only a great personal trainer but a great person who will listen to your fitness concerns and get you on track with where you are at. I took my first zoom online class with her the other day called”The Beginners Guide to Fitness”.
I used to be a ballet dancer back in my teens and now at 62, am feeling things in my body that I don’t like. I wanted to get into a workout program that addressed my issues and also gave me the results I am looking for. Jenn was very informative in leading me back into a program suited for me. She would check in with me and modify any exercises as needed. The course gave me insight into realistic, achievable goals.
I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with Jenn!! I highly recommend anyone either looking to get back into fitness or to continue their fitness regime with Jenn!

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but she customizes your workout to your body type. She makes it fun and pushes you to work harder. Thanks to her, I lost 30lbs. I met Jen by a happy accident that turned out to be so beneficial to me! I have had many injuries over the years (thrown from a horse, car accidents, etc) and had become way less active due to the pain. Jen showed me exercises that helped me build back muscle and strength I had lost, while keeping in mind my physical limitations.
