DogPound offers the camaraderie of team/group workouts with the attention of personal training in a supportive, productive environment. It truly is the best of both options. While I am beyond satisfied with my experience, I cannot say enough for what Jen does for the kids, tweens, and teens. Her passion, hard work, and support keeps them coming back week after week, year after year. She motivates them to work hard and strive to become physically and mentally stronger. DogPound's ability to build confident, able, and accountable young adults is second to none. Awesome place!

Even after many years of lifting experience and working out, I still choose to come to the DogPound and workout with Jen! Not only is she extremely good at coaching but she is also very passionate about seeing you reach your goals. This woman has the best energy you’ll ever see in a human being. The garage is very spacious and has all the equipment you need. HIGHLY recommend seeing Jen at the DogPound if you want to improve your health and wellness!!!
