I’ve been attending small group sessions with Keith for almost a month now, and I only have positive feedback to give.

Keith sets up the workouts in advance for the group to follow, and before getting started he shows how to do each exercise. Even if you forget how to do an exercise he is always willing to answer questions which is very helpful.

Keith is very knowledgable and supportive of your journey. He is very invested in your fitness progression and wants you to achieve your goals.

The community is great as well. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging.

I would highly recommend joining if this is what interests you.

I can’t say enough good things about Elements Personal Training! It’s taken me quite some time to work up the nerve to join a place like Keith’s that offers small group personal training. What attracted me to Elements was the fact that Keith is a genuinely nice person who is really committed to helping everyday people like me gain strength and get healthier. Elements is such a welcoming environment and not intimidating at all. It’s very clean with a nice variety of equipment. In addition to that, I’m finding the people to be very friendly and we’re all learning together. I started Elements in December after letting myself stagnate by doing little. After only a few classes with Kieth I can feel a difference in mobility and strength. Keith is welcoming and nonjudgmental. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, and is able to modify any exercise to fit my and anyone else's needs, helping with form and technique. The workouts are different so we don't get bored, and are any intensity you want to make them. I'm sticking with Elements.

I was referred to Keith by my physical therapist, who highly recommended him. I never would have thought I’d enjoy going to a group workout, but he makes it fun and personalized to your situation. It’s still early days, but convinced he has me on the right track. He’s equally adept with younger, fitter clients as he is with older, less fit clients (like me). Bottom line is Keith’s fantastic and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in better physical condition.

I highly recommend Keith Kessinger and Elements Personal Training. I started working with Keith for over half a year ago at a time when I thought that, due to injuries and medical issues, I would never be able to do many of the physical activities I loved, like gardening, hiking and dancing. After several months I took a trip to Oregon that I thought would be just "sightseeing" and instead involved over 30 miles of hiking. I was joyful.
Keith is patient, attentive, a good listener, and excels at finding creative solutions to physical problems. When an exercise causes me discomfort, he finds different exercises to address the same goal. He also explains each exercise to me in a way that makes me understand which muscles I'm working, and the proper technique. My body is stronger and more durable now than it has been in years.

I recently had a lumbar fusion and thought that I wouldn’t be able to continue with my workouts! I was in PT and asked if they knew anyone that would work with me and watch closely to make any corrections with my posture and form. This is when they sent me to Keith!! My workout routine usually went like this: get all motivated, hard-charge the gym, start lifting, cardio, etc., develop a habit, show gains - then, overdo it, get hurt, have to quit, lose gains - and get discouraged, which makes it easier to justify neglect.

This is different. The best way I can explain it is that Keith not only gets you to do the work, but also gets your frame ready to accept the work, so that you don’t run as great a risk of getting hurt and being tempted to give up.

It takes a lot, I think, to decide you’re going to change yourself. If you’re going to do that, you owe it to yourself to give it the best chance to succeed. This is the way.
