Each session is structured, challenging, and incredibly thoughtful. What sets Eric apart is his attention to detail. He catches the small things posture, breathing, how each joint moves and gives instant feedback that makes a big difference. Even between sessions, he checks in and provides follow-up exercises or advice, which shows how invested he is in his clients’ progress.

I’ve been attending Eric’s strength and mobility classes at Jitsu Academy since their inception, and they’ve definitely benefitted me as a Jiu-Jitsu and strength training athlete. Mobility is something that has always been lacking in my training, and that’s become more problematic as I’ve gotten older. Eric actually makes it fun, and he’s great about tailoring the movements to each person’s individual needs and abilities. Regardless of whether you’re an athlete - but especially if you are - you should absolutely be showing up to as many of these classes as your schedule allows.

I’ve worked with Eric for the past 6 months. His approach to fitness is simple to follow and results are inevitable. He is clearly an expert at his craft. I highly recommend him if you want to become more fit, more flexible and reduce pain.

Going to Eric’s class has been great. I’m a 43 year old former college football player that has had multiple injuries and surgeries (back, both knees, shoulder, hand, etc) and struggled with being overweight. After just a few weeks with Eric I am able to move better with much less pain. I’m no gymnast but there has definitely been significant improvement even after just the first class! I definitely recommend trying it out!! You will feel better!! He will adjust and customize to what your body needs!!

Started taking Eric mobility classes to help out stiffness in joints. Stopped stretching daily after playing sports my whole life and it took a toll on my body. Since taking Eric’s mobility classes it has my body feeling better overall no stiffness and can lift weights pain free. I recommend this class for current athletes, former athletes or anyone that wants to get rid of the stiffness.
