I’ve been training with Caitlin at Elevate U Fitness and she’s amazing! Her workouts are always based on my fitness level, and I leave every session sweaty and feeling good about myself. I love a good challenge, and she knows exactly how to push me in the best way. After just a month, I lost 2% body fat and inches all over. Highly recommend Caitlin and Elevate U to anyone who wants real results!

Great place to work out and wonderful staff! Caitlin was so sweet and was great with leading me and a group of ladies through a circuit workout. The gym facilities also are high quality and clean. I really enjoyed being at ElevateU and would recommend anyone looking for a gym in the area.

Caitlin & Matt at Elevate U Fitness are awesome! The gym has high tech and relevant equipment, the gym is clean and comfortable to work out in and Caitlin is an awesome Personal Trainer! She provides a great meal plan and workouts, & I’m down 7 lbs in 3 weeks. I highly recommend it!!!

Up front pricing, great personal training.
Matt and his wife are both incredibly skilled and talented. Matt manages to help me train for a fitness test while simultaneously helping my husband with weight loss.
Their buddy program allows you to train with a friend or partner for the same price as one. This means you can gift personal training to someone, and it makes something new feel much less daunting.

Confession: I haven’t been to this club.
BUT: I’ve relied on John Pivovar for my changing fitness needs on and off for the past 18 years. If a trainer isn’t the best there is, you don’t trust them with your body for almost two decades. He’s the real deal. I believe in him so much I’ve recommended him to multiple friends and gave a John Pivovar package of workouts to my husband for Xmas last year.
Why, you ask? For me, John has:
- Challenged my body appropriate like as I evolved through post-pregnancy, regular fitness, maybe-fitness-shows, life’s ups and downs, injuries, you name it. He adjusted workouts and his approach to every stage
- Treated me with respect…but pushed when necessary!
- Always, always had a sense of humor. He makes me laugh when I’m at the top of my game, and he makes me laugh when I’m limping around and failing at most tasks
I’m on the west coast now or I’d still be working with John. You lucky people still have the opportunity! Don’t miss it

I’ve been working with John since 2019 and highly recommend him! Our sessions are typically an hour and consist of a variety of strength, cardio, and stretching/flexibility exercises. I’ll happily report that every single workout has been great. John can sense how I am managing thru the workouts in order to push me as necessary (or pull back if I’m overly challenging myself). I’m able to apply what I learn with John on my own when not working with him… yet always look forward to the next session!

I went to a few of the boot camps that have been offered thus far and they’ve been great. Have never been challenged so much in my life but the classes are set up to accommodate each attendee’s individual fitness level; letting you go at your own pace while also learning new techniques and routines. John & Mike check on every participant throughout the duration of the workout for the purpose of motivating & encouraging them & ensuring that they are utilizing correct form. I certainly look forward to seeing what else this gym has in store.

I have trained with John P. for 5+ years. Taking classes in person and online spanning everything from HIIT, Tabata, Spin, circuit training, yoga and others that he created, etc. His classes are great! He works with people individually and as a group keeping everyone motivated and challenged regardless of fitness or experience level. He’s very experienced and passionate about making sure you meet your goals whatever they may be. I highly recommend training with John P!

John Pivovar is a veteran personal trainer who will help you achieve your fitness goals. My whole life I have tried to reach my ideal weight and fitness. It wasnt until I worked with John when I was able to get in the best shape of my life. His workouts are the right intensity and guaranteed to make you sweat. He focuses on the right balance of muscles in his workouts and gives a unique experience that you won’t find with other trainers.
