I immediately got the ICK taste in my mouth when the owner was telling me how she wouldn’t accept those who are use used to $200/month group fitness classes and she was extremely particular in who she accepted. Gross. Entitled. Cut the convo then.

Great place, classes are adapted to people of all skill levels. They are challenging with instructors offering modifications. The owner Julie cares deeply about students health and well-being. I am grateful I found Energy Zone Fitness. 😊

Have been a member for 2.5 years. At 64 I am in the best shape of my life! Everyone is very friendly and supportive. The instructors are high energy. I train with Greg Clancy. He always changes things up. Very knowledgeable!

I have been training with Julie, owner, for over 6 years. She is an inspiration to say the very least. Because of Julie I am in the best shape of my life and have the drive and motivation to push myself - every day. Her energy is contagious. Energy Zone is a beautiful facility. I paid then I couldn’t get the days or times I wanted. I was paying for a personal trainer. (Not Cheap) their loss I was a great paying customer! Also my doctor said I could work out just needed to modify my exercises so I wouldn’t use my left foot which I very specifically told my trainer yet she failed to do this.....giving me exercises to use it I had to ask her what are you doing? Needless to say I ended up spraining my foot because the trainer wasn’t qualities apparently. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! Karma Baby, what comes around goes around!
