About the Club

F45 Training studios across the world offer 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout classes for members. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our F45 Training studio located in Glastonbury, CT offers the same workout at different times throughout the day. Our members can expect a different 45 minute workout each day of the week. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

I’ve been to over 300 F45 classes across 10 different locations around the world, and I can confidently say that F45 Glastonbury stands out above them all — all thanks to Coach Nate.

Nate is by far the best coach I’ve ever trained with. He’s incredibly personable, genuinely cares about every member, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, supported, and motivated. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy completely transforms the workout experience.

When deciding which F45 location to attend, we chose Glastonbury because Nate is the difference maker. The community he’s built here is unmatched.

Can’t recommend this studio enough — if you’re looking for a place that pushes you to be your best while feeling part of something special, this is it.

From Reluctant to Addicted!
I’ve never been one to enjoy exercise—until I discovered F45 Training Glastonbury nearly three years ago. After just a few classes, I realized this was the positive change I had been searching for. Now, I’m hooked!
I began by attending a couple of classes per week, but it didn’t take long before I started coming as often as possible and was disappointed if I had to miss a day.
Each exercise can be tailored to your fitness level and strength, with no judgment or pressure from others. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, the coaches are incredibly motivating, the people are fun, and the energizing playlists make each session fly by.
I’ve found a fantastic community at F45 that makes working out genuinely enjoyable. I’m just weeks away from signing the “500 classes” board, and I’m already certain I’ll reach the “1000 classes” milestone. F45 Glastonbury has truly been a transformative place for me.

I joined about 2 years ago and absolutely love the strength training classes as well as the cardio classes! Every class is different and you use so many of your muscles and become so much stronger! Being in my later 50's strength training is critical w/aging! I highly recommend F45!!!!

I have really enjoyed being a part of F45. The coaches are top notch - motivating, knowledgeable and always bring great energy. The community is incredibly welcoming and supportive, too.

One of the things I love is the variety - no two workouts are ever the same. It's also a great mix of strength training and cardio, with challenging sessions that push you but never feel repetitive. The cardio days can be intense (in a good way!), but it is such a well-balanced program that it never feels cardio-heavy. Whether you are just starting out or looking to level up, F45 delivers! Highly recommend!

Absolutely obsessed and addicted to this place!! Started with the 2 week FREE trial and I was hooked after one class. From cardio to strength training, all classes keep you sweating but feeling amazing after. I’ve seen more changes in my body recomp and endurance in 3 months than ever before and I was a competitive athlete in high school!
The gym is clean, easily accessible on Hebron Ave right off RT 2 and the variety of class times make it easy to fit into your day no matter your schedule.
Head Coach Nate and owner Tim are successful at making it feel like a team, family and community from the second you walk in. If you are nervous about entering a new gym, those feelings will fade right at the door. Offering challenges to push you but also modify exercises depending on your goals and fitness level.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. 10/10 recommend. Sign up for that free trial and you will never look back :)

I visited this place a few months ago after purchasing a month trial and was really excited to start. I went with my husband to check out the spot and no one asked if we needed anything or had any questions. I sat down to see if someone would initiate any type of customer service but, instead the person that came after me was spoken to..
Still have this pass and not sure I will use it.

F45 is an amazing start to anyone needing a push in their weight loss journey! You are able to follow along at your own pace with accountability/ help from the trainers. I always feel welcomed and never out of place as a new comer… except for a recent experience. We all are spending our hard earned money to leave feeling great, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case for this particular visit. I attempted to enter the class 5 minutes late, however the trainer Bella wasn’t the most friendly and awkwardly starred at me for a little. She than proceeded to come over to me and state “next time be on time” without any understanding of what it took for me to even get there at all. I then of course was taken back and wasn’t sure what that meant. I asked which pod I can join and she said “ I guess you can join this pod here” and walked away from me with an attitude. I do understand timing is efficient here, which is one of the good qualities about this place, however making guests feel their best is just as equally important. I decided not to take the class at all that day and go elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism. I don’t agree with this particular trainer making guests feel casted out. Hopefully they can hire more trainers with leadership mentalities, that are more personable, and have a genuine care and desire to help others.

If I lived closer - I'd for sure join this gym.

If you’ve been thinking of trying these classes DO IT!! First let me say that all the staff is amazing!! All the coaches I’ve taken classes with have been wonderful!! Everyone is super nice and inviting for newcomers. I’ve been seriously working out for over 10 years and have been an athlete all my life and recently hit a slump with going to the gym. I also have health issues that have caused me to gain 20 lbs this past year that I have been seriously struggling to get off. I was so bored with my regular gym routine and needed something new. I’ve been doing the F45 classes for about a month and I’m obsessed. The classes are hard, but in a great way! I’m very impressed with how the exercises can be modified to each persons comfort level, meaning how in shape you are or any modifications you may need due to injury etc. You push yourself based on what you can do personally. Even though it is a group class, you are really isolated to what you are doing at each station and don’t even notice that other people in class. The format is extremely easy to follow with TVs guiding you throughout the workout telling what exercises to do and when to stop and start. I honestly can’t say enough good things about F45 Glastonbury. I drive from Middletown every morning and it’s well worth the drive and the financial investment to get myself back into a healthy lifestyle again. The scale has started to already go down and while that’s not the whole reason I like the workouts, I feel like I have so much more energy and my mood is so much better since starting these classes. The 2 week trial is great to see if it’s a good fit for you but you should definitely try it if you haven’t already!!

A Fantastic gym for all fitness levels.
If you're looking to change your health, be it strength, weightloss, endurance, etc, this is Your new gym. They hold 8 week weightloss contests 4 times a year that include body composition monitoring, diet and meal plan and also have 4 public competitions that also prepare you for. 45 minutes of workout, 6 days week (An hour on Saturday). It combines circuit training, HIIT and Functional Training. What further makes it unique is that they use a software algorithm that's pushed out globally to over 1400 gyms (Originating in Australia), where their extensive exercise database chooses a routine for the day. This is used throughout that one day and will never be duplicated thereafter, so your workouts are always new and challenging. Mon/Wed are Cardio based, where Tues/Thurs are Strength, Friday's are either Kickboxing or some other circuit, Saturday is a Combo of Cardio/Strength and Sunday is another great 45 minute workout (but I have yet to experience a Sunday).
The owners are incredibly supportive and the clients treat each other like family.
You owe it to yourself and call Charlie in Glastonbury and try a Free Week, no commitment.
Tell them Jeff Ward sent you.
If you're serious about change, you owe it to yourself to give them a call; trust me!

I was visiting family & was brought to F45 for the 1st time as a guest. I enjoy working out & going to the gym...F45 brought sweating & cardio to a whole NEW level. Exercises that worked all muscle groups, instructors that walk around helping you improve your technique to get the most from your workout & what an energetic atmosphere!
