Incredible classes and community! I have loved taking classes with Kim starting with Prenatal yoga and now that my baby boy is here we are really enjoying Baby & Me yoga. It's so nice to be around other people that are going through similar experiences. I highly recommend! Both the movement and the friendships are invaluable.

Family Tree is an AMAZING space for new and seasoned moms. I started taking Kimberly’s prenatal yoga classes during my first pregnancy & immediately felt comforted and seen - surrounded by others going through a similiar experience! Now, I continue to take all of her classes weekly including the new moms groups, baby yoga, toddler sensory, etc etc. as I (and my baby) continue to enjoy them and have made friends in the classes who do as well!

I am so grateful for Family Tree Yoga. Kimberly is the best. She is always super welcoming to new people, she genuinely loves children, and does a great job fostering community among the parents. We do the baby & me yoga class and the sensory sing and play class, and they have been so great for me and my infant son. They get us out of the house, I get social connection with other parents, and he gets to meet other babies and parents. The movement, songs, and crafts are also great stimulation for him. Truly a godsend and has made my parental leave so much better. Thank you!

Kimberly is a true professional with so much knowledge about pregnancy and postpartum/baby care. She is always willing to brainstorm and help out her moms. When I felt alone in pregnancy and postpartum, these classes and community got me through it. I’ve made new best friends, with babies all the same age. The empowered pregnancy and fourth trimester groups are amazing!! I would recommend these classes to anyone, whether you’re looking for movement during pregnancy, pre and postnatal education, or just to get out of the house and meet other new moms, you will be so grateful that you joined this community!

There are so many amazing things to share about Kimberly and Family Tree Yoga. FTY Has been a huge part of both of my pregnancies and postpartum experiences. The yoga classes really help you get in tune with your body during pregnancy, while still being accessible to all different skill levels, and Kimberly does a great job listening to the individual needs of everyone during each class. Family Tree also provides such a great community of women going through the same things, and really enhances your pregnancy/postpartum supports. I cannot recommend Kimberly and her studio enough!!!!!!!!

I love Kimberly’s classes! I was in the 4th trimester mom's group and also took one of her baby and me yoga classes. Kimberly was so warm and created an environment where we felt comfortable sharing our own experiences as we transitioned into the 4th trimester.

The mom’s group was an amazing opportunity to connect with my baby and other moms. The baby and me yoga class was a great way to ease back into movement postpartum while also learning about how to support my baby with her motor development.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting other mamas who are in similar stages of life and I am grateful to Kimberly for welcoming us and offering this community of support. I’d highly recommend Kimberly’s classes & series!

Kimberly’s classes got me back into movement after back pain early in pregnancy. Her flows are thoughtful and inspiring. The community she creates with her yoga classes and other offerings was so lovely to be a part during my pregnancy and beyond. My daughter and I loved the themed crafts and baby yoga. Thank you for all you do Kim!

I cannot recommend the offerings from Family Tree Yoga enough!! For both my pregnancies I’ve felt supported and guided in my own journey with a wonderful community and incredibly gifted instructor, Kimberly. I tell all new Moms that even before baby arrives to check out Family Tree, it’s a game changer to leading you through what is such a unique experience to each individual. Huge thanks to Kimberly for being there whenever I need her!

This review is long overdue. I first heard about Family Tree Yoga from the stamford moms page and began taking my newborn to Baby & Me Yoga at 7 weeks. Ms Kimberly creates such an inviting and safe space for moms with all her programming. Watching my baby grow and become more and more engaged in a practice I personally enjoy was so fulfilling. I ended up joining one of the new moms groups Ms Kimberly runs where I met other new moms I am still in touch with today, and my daughter loves sensory art sessions and holiday crafts where she's able to interact with other babies and engage in stimulating play and crafts. Ms Kimberly has a wealth of knowledge and can recommend practitioners from pelvic floor therapists to sleep consultants. I'm so glad I found this community, it will be a very sad day when my daughter becomes too old to attend Family Tree Yoga classes!

Family Tree Yoga is more than classes or a studio. It is a warm and nurturing community for moms to be and their partners, new moms, babies, toddlers and children. Kimberly has mastered the art of creating a supportive learning space for new families.

I have been taking my one year old twins to Miss Kimberly’s classes since they were 3 months old. The family yoga community she has built for mothers and babies is one that I feel so lucky to be apart of. Also, her special holiday events are SO MUCH fun, the babies are so happy and can play and socialize in a safe and loving environment. My girls and I will continue to practice yoga together with Family Tree as long as we can!

Kimberly has had an immensely positive impact on my pregnancies, new momma-hood, and family life. I’ve taken pre-natal yoga, mommy and me baby yoga, and now toddler yoga with her and we have loved every class. We also try to attend her special events like CPR class, Moms Night Out, Learn and Play Play dates, music classes, breastfeeding classes, and momma empowerment events. She has built a community of thoughtful mommas who support one another, and I am so happy to be a part of it.

I've come a few times with my son, both for yoga and some kids activities sessions and had a fantastic experience. The staff are fantastic, open-minded and caring. I'm not experienced at yoga, they were very helpful and accommodating, and I never felt pressured or judged. It was awesome, and we keep going back!

I am so happy I found Family Tree Yoga. Most gyms only offer one prenatal class a week, if that. Family Tree has 2 prenatal classes and a gentle/restorative yoga class all taught by prenatal certified instructors, and all at convenient times for those that work outside the home. Additionally they offer multiple types of packages to suit your needs. Kim is an amazing yoga instructor and a wonderful resource for a new mom. Kim has a wonderful aura and cares so much about the health and well being of each of her clients. I love the prenatal classes and appreciate how much Kim and the classes have helped me through my pregnancy. I can't wait to continue my practice with mommy and me yoga/family yoga when my little one arrives, and I am sure I will need and look forward to some "me time" time in the adult classes. I finally found a studio that meets all of my current and growing needs. So happy to finally have a studio I can call home!
