Mike has been great to work with and has made every effort to understand and work with my teenage daughter to meet her workout needs. My daughter feels safe and happy to have individual instruction and always feels great after workouts. Mike is professional, flexible and caring we are very happy with his program! I have tried multiple boot camps & one on one trainers at gyms and I was always getting injured. The trainers at FT customize every workout to my needs, goals and capabilities. They push me but make sure I never get injured. That customized care is rare and everything to me!

I enjoy my time when working out with the trainers. They focus in on your individual abilities and encourage you to do better but are still understanding and are willing to adjust workouts based on your personal abilities. My personal goal was to improve my balance and strength. I feel that we are working together towards this goal.

I've been coming here for years. The trainers are uniformly encouraging and enthusiastic. They listen to the clients' goals and adjust the workouts accordingly. They have also been great at helping to work around the limitations of my arthritic hip and even helped me significantly improve that hip's function. Highly recommend for any level of fitness.

I've been working out three times/week at FT for almost one year now! What a difference this decision has made in my life. Not only have I lost fat and gained muscle but my overall well being has improved significantly. Sheila, my trainer, pushes me at the right level and is so in tune with my abilities - she knows when she should push harder and when I need back off. It's great having a trainer with that depth of awareness of her client's needs. Oh, I should mention the Barre class on Sundays! Great class for toning all over and it will leave you feeling exhausted but worth it.

I am loving everything about FT! All the trainers are experts and super friendly. I get their undivided attention during the entire duration of the training. I get useful actionable suggestions. Personally I feel that every trainer is genuinely focused on my well being so it feels less about money and more about caring. Working with my trainer has been incredible thus far. I am feeling all of the benefits of being in the gym (that I have missed for so long), with no adverse impacts on my pre-existing injury. I look forward to my sessions and being in the general atmosphere of the space. Fitness Together is a great choice! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
I have been going to Fitness Together for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience. The trainers are the best! They are knowledgeable, encouraging and creative. Every session I have been to has been both challenging and rewarding. They work with you to help achieve your goals and listen to you when you have questions about an exercise. They have helped me stay motivated toward my exercise goals. The studio is immaculate and well maintained and there is always bottled water, clean towels, and fruit available.

The nutrition program has also been a valuable resource that fits in well with the entire package. It is easy to follow and since the trainers also teach this program, they can offer customized suggestions based on specific needs. Their expertise in nutrition and fitness, work together, to make a more rewarding and educational experience.
