Terrible! Staff and owner are not on the same page. When my family went to frog bridge gymnastics the only rule given was what equipment you needed to take your shoes off to use. During our session no other input or direction was given. On our next visit we were told by the owner that it was reported by her staff that he was unsafe and she would not allow him to use certain equipment this time. Not at any point was he told he was being unsafe or informed that he was breaking any gym rules I was with him for the entire session so I know nothing was said to him individually. Needless to say I would avoid this business if you want your kids and family to be treated kindly.

Awful!! The lady that owns the business accused my child of breaking the rules when we came back for the second time today. She wasn’t even present at the facility at the time. There were other children that day and the girl working was overwhelmed and said it was the busiest they’ve ever been. He climbed the warped wall ladder and the girl never told us we couldn’t do that. The girl even let another child that day at the end of the session climb the ladder to sign his name on the top. The way I was treated as a customer is completely unacceptable!! On top of it she couldn’t even find my waiver form and when I asked for a refund because there was no way I was now allowing my children to use the facility she scrambled to figure out how to reimburse me for the cost I paid for the punch card. Which wasn’t even correct but I was sick of arguing with her. My kids were upset they couldn’t go but I told them this is not how you treat people.

We signed up our child to help him become more athletic and build strength- ninja class. He has really flourished. He's stronger, has better balance and is no longer afraid to try new obstacles. He learned that it takes practice to improve. I would highly recommend this place as he loves it. It also will help your child be more social.the staff are super nice and flexible! Love coach Erin and Jack. The owners are very kind. It's great to be able to support a local business that also supports foot traffic for our mall.

The owner was extremely unprofessional with my wife and I. Edited for clarity.
As stated in another review, it is my opinion that if you have young children, you should be wary of this place. The owner can be bad with communication, and can be harsh with kids if they aren’t able to listen on the first prompt. She pulled my son off his favorite “station” for the whole class because he didn’t hear it was time to switch on the first prompt. Conflicting directions from teacher and owner. My kids enjoyed the gym, and 1 of the teachers was good, others were mixed.

Absolutely love frog bridge gymnastics. They are wonderful teachers and coaches and foster a very nurturing atmosphere! We have gone to other gyms but we love it here, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else ! They always work with us and our crazy schedule so that my daughter can do her team training while also being able to also be involved in other activities. Can’t thank them enough.

If you have young children, steer clear of this place! They are not understanding or compassionate to toddlers. I signed up my 4 and 6 year old girls. Halfway through their second class, ever, they were put into a timeout for not following directions. This is understandable, however, when my 4 yr old began to cry for being punished they said she was disrupting the other classes and my husband needed to pick her up,something we’ve been trying very hard not to do during meltdowns to curb this behavior. When my husband explained this the owner then kicked out BOTH of my children from the entire program. She then proceeded to yell at my husband and children that they needed to leave. Both of my children cried the entire way home from class and are now too scared to go to gymnastics at all. The co-owner then emailed me trying to justify this hostile behavior by her mother/co-owner. I am appalled at how my children were treated and even more shocked that the reaction was somehow justified instead of being understanding.

We had my grandson's 5th Birthday party 🎉 here .
It was AWESOME !!!
Coach Jack and his assistant Kybree were great with the kids. They were friendly, professional and attentive.
The circuit laid out for Ninja training was perfect. Each child was encouraged by the Coaches and the kids.
Would reccomend 100% !!!
Thanks for making his first "real " birthday party so much fun !!

The place is easy to drive by at night, there are signs but none with any lights.
It's a multi tenant former industrial building and the entrance is around the back. The parking lot is poorly lighted and the pavement isn't the best. Bring a flashlight if your there at night.
The building owner isn't helping the gyms reputation, there is quite a bit of clutter outside and disrepair.
The gym has a lot of space a good deal of equipment. The common spaces are fairly clean with clutter around the outsides and around the "office desk/check in area" . Bathrooms and changing areas seem well kept.
As far as Gymnastics I'm no expert, there adults present perhaps coaches but oddly sitting on the side and watching for the most part and not spotting the kids... just seemed odd to me but I'm here for the ninja course.
Lots of kids and only two coaches. There has been a little instruction to each of the obstacles but for the most part it's up to your kid to figure it out and you to help them succeed. For the most part my kid enjoys it and has been figuring out some of the stuff. Each week they have warm up then are split up to attempt different obstacles and rotate through them, followed by some trampoline exercises and stunts which the instruction is great then back to the ninja course to practice different obstacles again. Overall it's pretty good and definitely the only option in the area.
2 month update..
Ninja instructors have loosened up a bunch and have become very friendly and informative. Their willingness to demonstrate how to work through obstacles and overcome a challenge is inspiring to the kids. They are local collage students and I don't think they have really taught much prior, but are coming into their own.
Courses is good and they make changes every other week by swapping out obstacles to keep it fresh. My daughter really enjoys coming, has made a lot of progress and has more self confidence in her abilities.
Check them out.. it's free to visit.

Absolutely terrible experience. The “teachers” have no classroom management skills. The wild behavior of the children was not handled well at all.
