Fuller Yoga’s mission is to educate and serve students who want to learn proper alignment in yoga and Pilates to help find relief from the stress caused by chronic pain, rehabilitate from surgery or injuries and want to heal through yoga and Pilates. Whether the student wants to develop a safe life-long practice or heal the pain caused from poor posture, sports injuries, repetitive overuse, or spinal issues, our instructors focus on alignment, body mechanics, strength and flexibility.
We provide a clean, judgment- free learning environment where each student can focus on their mind-body connection to reduce stress and pain. We believe that when we help our students remove physical and mental obstacles they can do great things.

Fuller Yoga is truly a gem. The variety and number of classes offered are fantastic, and the community is incredibly warm and welcoming. I love that it’s a non-competitive environment that embraces all fitness levels and abilities—it always feels supportive and inclusive.
Lauren, the owner, is an exceptional instructor, and she’s built a top-notch team of yoga, Pilates, and barre teachers. Every class is well-taught, thoughtful, and grounding. Beyond the physical benefits, I’ve also met some wonderful people through the studio, which has made the experience even more meaningful.
I’ve been a member for over three years now (and honestly should have written this review sooner!). Going to Fuller has brought me body awareness, serenity, strength, and flexibility. Fuller Yoga has been a game-changer for me. I have back issues and have tried many traditional therapies and practitioners. Basically I was told there is nothing they can do. I called Fuller Yoga and asked if they have Pilates for people with scoliosis. Lauren Fuller informed me that she is specialized in scoliosis. I met with Lauren at her studio in Glastonbury and within 20 minutes I had an overwhelming feeling that finally I found someone who could help me. Practicing Yoga, Pilates, and working one-on-one with Lauren, has changed my life. In addition to reducing my pain level, Lauren Fuller’s “Holistic Wellness” program provided comfort, support, spirituality and education on the Yogic lifestyle, including Meditation and Breathing Techniques.

This yoga studio is great! There are so many different classes to take! There is a great focus on alignment from the beginning, which is really helpful! It's a great place to go where the teachers and fellow students actually care about you and want you to come to the next class. It reminds me of "Cheers" where everyone really does learn/know your name, especially if you go to the same class for awhile. The workshops are top notch!

I've been attending mat and reformer Pilates classes at Fuller Yoga for about a year, and am very glad to have found this studio! The owner, Lauren, and all the other instructors take the time to make sure each student develops an understanding of the practice and how to work within their own limitations. In addition to building strength and improving my posture, I'm learning about proper body mechanics and alignment. As a result, much of the joint pain I've experienced for years is gone. And, when it does flare up, I'm often able to relieve it with some of the exercises I've learned in class. I can honestly say Pilates at Fuller has changed my life for the better.

Highly recommend. The Sculpt and Flow class with Caitlin is a dynamic workout that will quickly sculpt. She makes it fun and enjoyable for all levels of experience.
I enjoyed the pilates reformer class with the owner Justine. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable as a first timer.
Also the studio is beautiful and has a spectacular view.

Their yoga space is one of kind. All glass clad triangular studio, cantilevered over a public sidewalk. With the tall trees and ever changing sky, like yoga in Heaven. God bless!

Completing yoga teacher training at Fuller Yoga was a great experience! I have FINALLY found the BEST studio around!! I started taking Pilates classes and now I have added two more classes, barre and reformer. I have scoliosis and yoga classes with Justine have been extremely helpful in alleviating the pain it causes. A few months of weekly classes has made a massive difference in the level of discomfort I experience. When I look at posture in the mirror before and after each class I can see a visible improvement in my posture and the evenness of my shoulders. Justine has also taught me stretches to alleviate pain if it arises between classes. Thank you, Justine!

Fuller Yoga has an inspiring and rigorous program offering all levels and many yoga practices ranging from Vinyasa, Power to Meditative, Stretching. An added bonus is that a variety of Pilates and Barre classes are also offered which complements ones yoga practice. The instructors are well-educated, dedicated, supportive, insightful and creative while leading their class with the ability to propose alternative moves for the individual’s need. Lauren Justine Fuller’s vision provides a special place to practice yoga, pilates and barre in a warm community allowing all individual’s to develop informed practices. Finally, there are workshops. private sessions, a yoga wall and teacher training to boot! I highly recommend this very special studio!

As a yoga teacher, I personally want to take classes at a studio where I feel the instruction is quality and inspired. I adore the variety of classes that Fuller Yoga offers, and the instructors are top notch. I especially value all of Justine Fuller's classes. Her knowledge of anatomy is deep, and her skill set is vast. Every yoga / barre / pilates class is unique, and there is a wisdom to how she sequences the movements and offers modifications to accommodate all levels or physical needs. I walk out of every class feeling mentally and physically stretched out, relaxed, and inspired. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this studio for a fantastic yoga experience experience!

April 2019 update: still love and highly recommend Fuller Yoga. Justine offers a lot of specialty workshops and series like yoga for scoliosis, nutrition workshops, beginner classes, etc. Really looking forward to bringing my daughter to the next mother daughter class!
Original review: Fuller offer a wide variety of different classes, a full schedule, and many good membership packages. I've taken Pilates, Barre, and various types of yoga here. All of the instructors have excellent knowledge of anatomy and alignment, and can help individualize your practice so it works best for you in a safe way. Also they just opened a sister studio in West Hartford!

In the past, I never liked yoga because as a person with sever back issues, I was always in pain in every position. It was not until I went to the Fuller yoga studio that I came to love yoga. I was introduced to Fuller Yoga when Justine, the owner, offered an adult education class through the town recreation department. Best find ever for me. I've had 3 hip replacements (yes, 3) and prolotherapy twice on my shoulder. I fear injuring myself but not here. I particularly like yoga with props and feel amazing after a one hour class. Each class starts with the teacher asking if there are any sensitive or painful areas to address. There is no judgement. I am encouraged to do my best, whatever my best is that day. Try a class and see if you agree.

My favorite part of going to Fuller Yoga is their yoga wall. I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone at all stages of practice. It helps me understand and practice proper alignment of poses. Justine has a deep understanding of spinal health and this has been very useful during classes. She pays attention to each participant, and gives instruction as needed. I like the ease of scheduling classes online, and the evening/weekend classes work into my schedule.

I have fully appreciated Fuller Yoga from my very first Introduction to Yoga 6 week series 3-4 years ago. First, I began after a series of back issues, including herniating a disk 2 or 3 times in the past. I have learned so much since beginning while gaining a lot of flexibility, a lot more strength and a lot more confidence in knowing how to take care of my back. The variety of instructors has been great as I've learned pieces from each of them to help build my own practice. I also enjoy some of the specialty classes such as the Pilates chair, ropes, yoga with props, etc and have learned a lot from each!
I don't recall how I found Fuller but I'm glad I did.

I have been a member at Fuller Yoga for 7 years. I make it a point to get here 2-3 times a week for the heated power classes.
The studio offers many different classes such as heated power yoga, gentle, restorative and intro as well. In addition they offer Pilates and Barre classes. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and care about everyone having the best experience possible. My recommendation is to try the heated power classes. It's a great way to challenge yourself & work-up a sweat.
If you are looking to try Fuller, take advantage of the new student special, 30 days of unlimited yoga for $45.

Just started coming here in January and I love it! Fuller yoga is now my go to studio! This is a very welcoming studio with trained instructors who teach you how to do yoga for your body and needs! Always learning off of the different styles and instructors of yoga and finding new friends who enjoy the same classes as I do. Love Melissa’s class on Fridays and every other Saturday. Also enjoy KB, Natalie and Kateryna. A great place to experience a yoga practice with your own needs in mind. Worth my 35+ minute drive to Glastonbury.

I've been working with Justine Fuller for several years in private Pilates sessions. Started when I retired in my late 50's to help with back soreness & stiffness after sitting at a desk for hours on end for years. Justine's knowledge of how our muscles work, paired with her extensive Pilates & yoga skill and experience, has challenged (without comprising my limitations) my body to a place of energy, flexibility, balance & confidence. I recently attended a special class focusing on scoliosis and yoga positions. I was amazed at how knowledgable Justine is on this topic. She gave each participant hands on guidance specifically to our issues with scoliosis. Working on the yoga wall designed for this purpose was a great experience. In my search for relief from the discomfort of scoliosis, Justine Fuller of Fuller Yoga was recommended to me. I am so grateful for the recommendation and the opportunity to work with Justine. She is extremely knowledgeable and well educated about scoliosis and the effect it can have on the body. She is patient and understanding and has the ability to know just what the body needs to move as it should with any limitations.
In the few weeks that I have been working with Justine, using the Yoga Wall( pretty amazing) I have felt relief , have improved my posture and continue to work on strengthening overall!! The results for me have been better than Physical Therapy in that it is a whole different way to approach scoliosis.

Recently did a hot, power vinyasa here. Really enjoyed the class and studio atmosphere. The instructor was great. Down to earth, friendly, and very good at providing cues (in other words you don't always have to look up to see what the class is doing, you can tell by what she says). Overall great studio, excellent instructor, and welcoming atmosphere. Just bring a small towel if you do the hot yoga, you're going to sweat.

I started at Fuller Yoga because a friend from work encouraged me to have a private session with Justine to evaluate my scoliosis. After meeting with Justine, I have gained such a greater understanding of how my scoliosis not only affects my yoga practice but also my day to day habits such as how I stand and sit. My relationship with the studio then blossomed as I started taking classes more regularly there, feeling at home with the teachers who each have their styles and expertise. I was impressed by how many classes were offered, and the integrity with which the studio was run. Then I started the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Justine in the Fall of 2016. That has been a truly amazing and transformative experience. I have grown so much in my yoga practice, and my life! (I know that may sound crazy, but if you're thinking about a YTT, trust me Fuller is the place to be!). We took our YTT out of the studio, taking classes in NYC that Justine arranged for us, broadening our yoga horizon. I have recently graduated from the YTT training, and can honestly say that despite being hesitant and nervous at first, enjoy teaching. I begin teaching weekly classes next month, and are planning various workshops. Fuller Yoga- what a gem! Thank you Justine!!!

The owner, Justine, is so knowledgeable and talented she makes the studio go above and beyond along with her other, hand picked and experienced instructors. Everyone has a great attitude and is welcoming to newcomers. I did my first yoga class here and they made me feel like I was already a yogi. I've tried other places and I always find myself coming back here. The prices are good and the experience is the best. Plus, there are a wide variety of classes including barre, Pilates and all sorts of yoga (gentle, meditation, power, beginner, heated etc). I brought my mom here when she wanted to start yoga and she did a 6 week intro series that taught her all the basics of yoga and now she's even better than I am! 10/10 would recommend.

You'll be hard pressed to find another yoga studio as well rounded as Fuller. They have different level yoga classes (both heated and non-heated), mat pilates, barre class. You don't often find a studio that offers and excels at all three, the value really can't be beaten. Both the owner, Justine, and all the teachers are such sweethearts and are masters of their craft. The owner is pretty rude although the other instructors are nice. She will comment on peoples position "I don't even know what that is" in a level one class. Not sure what her problem is but that's definitely not a way to speak with people especially in front of others. Decent place but rude owner.
