I can’t believe this but giving Jermaine 5 stars. I don’t do that ever…. He’s a great CPT, I love the mixture of progressive overload ex’s, conditioning, stretching, functional training and education. I think he’s well rounded as a trainer and he’s very pleasant as a person. He has been professional, he’s always on time and he’s very organized and efficient, he already has a plan when you get there and he maximizes the sessions. You can’t ask for more. I think I’ve done about 10 or 11 sessions now and I’m on my second package so I do believe that I have had enough sessions to write a fair, honest and comprehensive review.

If you want to see results, go see Jermaine. I have been training with Jermaine for 5+ months and I’ve seen my muscle definition and strength gains come quicker than when I was going to the traditional gym or group class. He tailors the programming towards your specific goals and I appreciate the attention he gives you from session to session. I’ve been dealing with a nagging back injury and he worked with me to strengthen the core and surrounding area without aggravating it during other workouts. I haven’t felt as good and pain free as I do now under Jermaine’s guidance.

My fiancé and I have been training with Jermaine 2-3x/week for over 3.5 months and have never had more fun working out or felt more confident. Over 3.5 months and we have yet to repeat the exact same workout routine. Jermaine keeps the exercises fun and challenging. Each time we walk into the gym we know we are going to get a good workout, start our day strong, do something we haven't done before, and make progress toward getting stronger and healthier. He tailors the training to your strength/experience, takes the time to explain the workouts, and cares about you and your personal fitness goals. Jermaine is by far the best personal trainer in the Stamford, CT area and we couldn't recommend him enough.
P.S. This is the first time in my entire life I've had abs and I truly credit that to Jermaine, his workouts, and his dietary recommendations. I started working 1-on-1 with Jermaine because of repeated minor injuries to my back, shoulders & knees sustained during group training classes. I knew my poor form and bad posture were probably the culprits, and Jermaine worked with me to show me proper form when doing all sorts of exercises, including squats, lunges, rows, and shoulder presses, to name only a few. Jermaine is an excellent trainer. He is focused on the tasks at hand, and always has different routines & exercises to keep things interesting. He will also provide diet information if needed. I appreciate that he doesn’t allow you to let up or give up! After only a few weeks of working with Jermaine, I eliminated the minor aches & pains I had in the beginning of our sessions. My fitness level has increased—and my posture has improved so much that a friend of mine recently told me I look taller than I did just a few months ago! My energy levels are up, too. I highly recommend Jermaine for anyone in need of a personal trainer who will get you going & keep you on your toes. As an ex-athlete with past injuries who has worked with many different trainers, finding one truly focused on you as an individual vs their own agenda can be a challenge. From my first training session with Jermaine almost 3 years ago, it was clear I got very lucky. I have worked with Jermaine for years. He is very knowledgeable about training and incorporates a little of everything into his workouts: core, strength, circuits, cardio, stretching. He keeps it fresh - I don’t think I have ever done the same workout twice with him. He won’t let you slack and you will see results.
