No matter what kind of week I’m having, I know I can count on an incredible workout, some good laughs, and the warm, positive community at Greenwich Barre Studio. Cindy & her team of amazing teachers and staff have created something truly magical ✨here in the heart of Greenwich — and now with the beautiful New Canaan studio as well. The energy, care, and consistency she brings to every class make this place really special. Highly recommend!

GBS is amazing! From the spa like studio to the warm welcome from Cindy Sites and her team, the experience is so personal. They helped me work back from an injury and have been so caring and accommodating. The workouts are super effective and fun! This is my new home away from home and I will be forever grateful to GBS for helping me get back to my best body, mind and soul!

My true happy place! The studio is a serene oasis so that is the first pleasure. The real measure is the quality of the perfectly balanced workout, lead by Cindy and her team of expert instructors. This is the “real deal”! Deep, challenging, safe work. Barre classes these days have gotten very far off this track IMO, with a somewhat manic pace as the new normal.
Brava Greenwich Barre Studio! Head to toe, this is Barre as it was meant to be taught!

This is the most beautiful barre studio I have ever been in! It's also just incredibly serene and calming. Cindy Sites is the real deal and her classes truly get incredible results. I am thrilled that this barre studio is on Greenwich Avenue.
