This is one of the best things I have done for my kids. They have been going to the Grind for a few years and it has not only helped them athletically but has given them more energy and confidence. The facility is amazing and only outdone by the staff.

Connor and team have a great program in place for young athletes. Programs are not one size fits all, instead, they are tailored to your athlete to help maximize their individual development. From the fall season to the spring, I have seen a huge difference in my athletes speed and strength but more importantly, his confidence. I highly recommend Grind Athlete Performance as an add on to your athletes current sports schedule. You will see a difference.

Great coaches that provide wonderful instruction, an amazing facility that offers the best strength training. A staff that truly cares about each individuals progress. I have been working out at The Grind since I was 11 years old. I put on tons of muscle throughout the years here and The Grind helped me improve my overall performance on the field. I enjoy coming and working out every day with the great trainers by my side the whole time. It does not matter if you are just starting out or in high school, The Grind has a plan for you.
