My daughter started here a new weeks ago, brand new to gymnastics. She usually has a hard time doing new things, but coach Tom and his staff has been so welcoming, patient, and supportive. My daughter asks me every day when she can go back to gymnastics! We drive by daily as it's in her way to school and she gets so excited just driving by. We haven't seen this type of excitement from her with any other sport. We are so grateful for coach Tom and his staff!

I have been bringing my kids here for the past two years! We absolutely LOVE it! Coach Tom is the best! There are classes for every level including babies (walkers) in a mommy&me style. The toddler and older kiddos classes are perfectly leveled to suit your individual child’s needs. The lesson plans and activities are modified within the age group classes so every student is appropriately challenged and can grow as an individual in their own skill set. If you’re looking for a gymnastics program for your child this is the only place I’d go!

My family loves GSC! Coach Tom and his staff are knowledgeable, kind and patient with their student athletes. Safety and health first, then fun fun fun!
The facility is huge, bright and meticulously clean. The lobby and waiting area for parents is roomy and accommodating (if you’ve ever sat on the dusty floor in the corner of a dance or karate studio, you know what a perk this is!). Tuition is very reasonable and virtual payments are easy and stress free. A+ experience!

My daughter has been attending CT School of Gymnastics for several years. Here, she has found a supportive, safe, and fun space to learn and grow. The coaches are kind and encouraging and have created an environment where my daughter feels confident and comfortable. During her time at CT School of Gymnastics, she has both developed her gymnastics skills and gained self-confidence. We couldn’t be more appreciative of Coach Tom and the entire team at CT School of Gymnastics and highly recommend their recreational classes for anyone seeking a positive, supportive, and empowering experience for their child!

My daughter started at Gymnastics School of Connecticut a year ago and she looks forward to attending class every week. It’s been amazing to see how much she has learned in a year. Tom and his staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive of their students. We’ve had such a wonderful experience here and my daughter can’t wait to continue this Fall.

Our daughter has been attending GSC tiny tumblers for five months now and it has quickly become her favorite day of the week! Coaches Tom and Kerry have an incredible passion for working with the kids. They are extremely dedicated to what they do and go the extra mile to for the kids and families. The gym is very clean and they are meticulous with the extra cleaning that gets done to keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you to Tom, Kerry and the team at GSC for all your hard work!

My family loves CT school of gymnastics! We have been taking my daughter to classes since she was 2! Now my son enjoys taking classes as a 2 year old and it’s helping him so much with building strength and learning to be patient during class when waiting for a turn! Can’t wait to see my kids grown up and share the love for gymnastics! Thank you couch Tom and Kerry!

Coaches Tom, Deb, and Kerry are fantastic! My daughter began her love for gymnastics over 7 years ago. She is an avid gymnast, and she has been a part of the team for the past several years. Gymnastics School of Connecticut has met and exceeded all expectations for our gymnastics experience. The coaches at GSC have been nothing short of exceptional in teaching, training, and coaching my daughter to be her best. They have created a positive, caring environment and continue to challenge her to improve her skills. They build confidence, team spirit, and a continued love for gymnastics. The coaches, the other girls on my daughter's team, and their families have become what we call our "gym fam". I could not imagine this gymnastics endeavor with a greater group of people. The girls are so supportive of each other and are a true team even when gymnastics can be so individualized.
I highly recommend GSC!

I would definitely recommend Gymnastics School of CT if you are looking to have your child explore what gymnastics is all about. My daughter has been going since she was 5 and is now 14. If you are just looking for a rec class to get started or a more competitive team sport they offer it all. My daughter attends 3 days a week and trusts her coach Tom Greet to help her excel! Gymnastics has built confidence and perseverance for her every step of the way!

My daughter is almost 3 and has been attending since she could walk! The classes are great--Coach Tom is fantastic and especially great with toddler age. My daughter loves to go and is learning balance, coordination and so many other important skills. She knows how to wait her turn and loves playing with the kids in her class and Coach Tom. They are also handling the pandemic extremely well and we feel safe attending. I would highly recommend!

My daughter has been a gymnast at Gymnastics School of CT (formerly USA Gymnastics) since she was eight years old. She is now 17 and is a Xcel Diamond level gymnast. Her coach, Tom has been instrumental not only in her development as a gymnast, but in the development of her as a confident, responsible, committed individual. Tom and the team at the gym are like an "extended" family and they are exemplary in their dedication to the sport of gymnastics and to the students they train. From a coaching standpoint, their knowledge of the sport is lifelong and they take both an individualized and team approach to training their gymnasts - pushing each to their full potential with a robust program that follows the governance of USA Gymnastics at a national level. If you have a son or daughter interested in the sport of gymnastics, I highly recommend the Gymnastics School of Connecticut - they will turn that interest into a true love of the sport while reinforcing key attributes of accountability, respect and teamwork that we all would like to see in our children.

Great coaching staff. Everyone is very diligent with following CDC covid guidelines. Gym is kept very clean. The environment is very friendly and positive. The gym has a large boys team. Head coach Tom Greet is extremely great talking to parents and helping gymnasts reach their potential!

This gym has always been a fun place. Chris is an amazing teacher and cares for the students like they were his own kids. A few years ago we had a birthday party here for a good friend's young daughter and everyone had a blast!

The coaches are mean and unmotivating. Not worth the hundreds of dollars spent. Save your money and go somewhere that knows how to work with kids.

Maureen is a terrible coach. Constantly putting down the girls and calling them names. She is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't care who she offends. My daughter ran out of class crying because of her calling her names. Don't sign up your kids, you will regret it!!!!

We are sorry we brought our daughter to this gym. The owner, Maureen, is rude, crass, and dishonest. Her lack of professionalism permeates the gym. Instruction is stale. Their reputation in the area is abysmal. We switched to another gym and could not be more pleased.

My son had an asthma coughing fit in the room where you take off your shoes and coats. It’s FILTHY. So dirty. So damn dirty. The staff seems very unprofessional and I did not decide to take my kids back there. In fact, we left early. It’s so sad that’s what Watertown offers for kids. Embarrassing.

Totally disgusted, first off I will start by saying I have a 5yr old girl that is attending the beginner class, There have been 2 separate incidents were there had been issues will Maureen . First incident was a time when she was making fun of my daughters name cause it was different, as the rest of the kids were laughing. As it sounds so innocent , she is a 5 yr old.
Kids are sensitive as we all know. That , I was able to not to get so upset, thinking maybe it was to make her at ease , or to loosen her up or not so shy. as she also did the same with other kids. The second incident was 4/18/17 , my daughter fell as she jumped off the spring board. she hurt her back, was hysterically crying , as she try to come to me and my wife maureen grabbed her by her shirt and pulled her back and told her to go sit down. I saw this and my wife ran over and got her. I then try to talk to Maureen asked her , why she did what she did and she tells me that if my 5yr old don't get tougher she is gonna have a tough time in life. I had to leave after that statement before I would regret doing something or saying something. As I didn't want other kids seeing my reaction. Several other mothers saw the incident and was in total disgust and was also disgusted. As a father my first reaction was to let say it would of ended up not so gd for them. But instead I decided to deal with it over social media , this is unexceptable and disgusting . It won't let me leave negative review otherwise it would be no star review. Want to say it seems that the young staff members are excellent there. However as the owner Maureen should retire and work in the office as several parents stated problems with her and her mood swings. Though at times she made the kids laugh, u can't be bipolar or rough with little kids. She is a mess that is obviously bipolar or just to old to deal with young kids regularly .
