Reiki and Sound Healing are complimentary practices in that they support health and both relaxation and vitality. All are welcome here and no experience is necessary.

I cannot say enough good things about Holistic Yoga with Kelly. It is a highly personalised session that strengthens my body, mind and spirit. I’m a beginner and I am very pleased with how patient Kelly is in teaching me the yoga poses. This is the total opposite of some of the brutal yoga classes I attended in NYC where I felt like a failure, I leave Holistic sessions so proud of myself and can’t wait for the next class!
