This is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to. All the teachers are very talented and caring. They show you had to modify to either make poses more challenging or less strenuous. This is a no judgment zone where everyone is accepted and valued. I have also gotten to know the other clientele and I can tell you this is a great community of people. Give this studio a try — you will not be disappointed!

I love this studio and the classes taught by Kathleen - Yogalates and Cardio Sculpt. Each class is different, as challenging as you like for your own body, the intentions and music are thoughtfully curated and I leave class with a peaceful and serene feeling, yet knowing I got a great workout. I have taken both Pilates and yoga classes in the past but this combination class is definitely special.

I showed up today at 9:30 am (per their website, this place is open from 9-10am). The place was dark and locked. It would be appreciated if the website accurately states when this place is actually open so that I don't make a wasted trip.

The instructors are incredibly thoughtful and caring, creating a judgement-free environment to truly connect the mind and the body. The studio itself is clean. During the spring and summer, they will host outdoor yoga classes. Whether you’re new to yoga or you’re a yogi vet, this is the place to go. A true gem in New Fairfield!

I have been practicing yoga at this beautiful studio now for over 6 years. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and caring. They are well-prepared; planning perfectly sequenced yoga sessions that fit all levels. I always leave so grateful for this place in our town.

I had the pleasure of taking a class last year and it was a great workout. I love the added benefit of having a Christian faith based approach. You were not pressured or judge for choosing to participate or not. I have taken at least 2 virtual classes since the pandemic started which is great for me since I do not live in Connecticut. Taking a virtual yoga class is great during this time, when we need physical and spiritual development.

This friendly, community studio is just what I needed when returning to the “gym” several years ago. Every instructor is trained and educated to ensure your class is both engaging and motivating creating results both mentally and physically. This is truly a NO judgement environment anyone interested in their body and/or their spirit should experience.

Holy Yoga is a beautiful little studio that is faith filled and an incredible experience! They offer many different styles of yoga and many workshops that are open to all. The spirit, love, and guiding inspiration the studio provides is unlike any other. I am blessed to have found them all.
