Home Yoga...a place that helps you connect to your home, the peace that lies within your heart. At Home, we believe that your yoga practice is just that...yours, one that is deeply personal. It's my hope and mission to assist you in feeling at home in your body. Ours is a slow and thoughtful breath-centered practice that allows you to connect to your internal teacher, the small voice within. We come Home to slow down the pace of our lives and be mindful of the peace that is always and already present but so often we are so busy we don't even notice it. Whether you practice on the mat or the chair, there is a place for you here at Home.

Attended a Yoga Nidra meditation guided by Kim Blakeborough via Zoom. This is one of my most favorite yoga classes of all time. Have known Kim Blakeborough 5 years and must say she is most gentle in leading you down the path to deep brain wave activity. This type of yoga is a form of hypnosis and will totally reset your nervous system. Blanket up, bolster under your knees, eye pack if you like (I do). Allow yourself to become very comfortable, close your eyes, and affirm an intention to relax, let go and go deep within. Highly recommend🙏

Home Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio. The space and the people are warm and welcoming. Wendy is able to offer instruction to all skill levels. She is encouraging and knowledgeable. The studio is beautiful and I have enjoyed the flexibility of being able to take classes remotely. Great studio - highly recommend!

I highly recommend Home Yoga! I love the “gentle flow” yoga class, and Wendy is an incredible teacher. The class is calming, but it also feels like a great workout- it is the best yoga class I’ve ever attended. The routines are also different every week, so it is always challenging in a good way. Wendy’s teaching style is awesome- she always emphasizes taking care of your body during the class and will suggest different ways of doing some of the poses. I am so happy that my friend recommended this place!

Wendy is a gem! She is genuine, kind and her voice is incredibly soothing. Her classes invite you to slow down and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life - to find and connect with your breath, the here and now and your body. She empowers her students and challenges them to be in tune with their body - not the person next to them. She facilitates mindful flows and encourages students to modify to meet their body's needs. Her resistance band class is my new favorite! As someone with RA, this class promotes muscle strength so my joints stay healthy. The studio is simple, serene and a place of community and gathering

I have enjoyed yoga at Home Yoga for as long the the studio has been open in Milford. Wendy is an enthusiastic instructor. I leave every class calm, centered and focused! Update: With Covid I have been attending Zoom classes at Home Yoga several times a week. Wouldn't miss it and a great way relax after work.
