I had been to Jen's Bikram studio in Farmington and was delighted to see the new space. Slightly smaller studio but same friendly, knowledgeable, wise owner. It's slightly less regimented than other Bikram studios I've been too, but in a positive way (meditative music occasionally playing and some non-traditional cues). I love the cool lavender towels at the end of class. Great place!

My favorite place anywhere in the country to practice Bikram. As an Ex-professional athlete the benefits I receive for my health, mind, and body can’t be matched by any other yoga workout.

The new space is beautiful, I love the natural light that comes in, and the heat is always perfect. Jen is an experienced, knowledgeable, wonderful instructor- always kind with no BS!! I love practicing here, and would recommend this studio to anyone- beginner or advanced.

Amazing studio and teachers. Clean, state of the art studio. Basically detox, stretch, strength, meditation, aromatherapy and sound lounge all in 90min. Literally life changing. The owner is not only an expert in her craft but also a hilarious and fantastic human. Do it.

Ignite is an excellent Bikram styled yoga experience. Not to be missed. The physical space of the new studio is state-of-the-art; a clean and modern aesthetic that is a great prep - and fitting reflection - for the ultimate interior work of serenity that follows a rigorous physical release. Like any coach worth his or her salt, the instructors here achieve a nice balance of precision coupled with the warmth of a supportive atmosphere. But don't just take my word for it. Go and try it for yourself! You'll be glad you did.

Most beautiful and fabulous studio. Clean space, and amazing location. Teachers are very friendly and talented. Been to all studios in Connecticut and this is the one to go to. Recommend highly for anyone looking to take a class.
