Concessions on site, but seem to have odd hours because they opened and closed while I was there. It serves it purpose by providing many options for playing sports. It's pretty clean, there's a bar and you can purchase food but the building could use some repairs, especially the roof. It leaks a lot and can create slippery conditions.

The parking lot is large and includes handicap spots by the main entrance, but if you require a handicap parking spot, you may have a difficult time getting one. Many people who do not have a handicap placard, are parking in those spots and staying in their cars when they come to pick up their kids while others are parked in the fire lane right behind those spots making it difficult to get in or out of a spot. Unfortunately, Insports does a terrible job enforcing the parking lot abuse, so good luck.

This place was nice. Though a lot of the 🏀 courts only had views from the end of the court because there's other courts on the side instead of seating. There were a lot of games scheduled and I didn't think the preceding games would be finished in time for ours without magic or a miracle...Until I watched the games and saw that the refs don't call much of anything (which didn't really bother me bc they don't call it on either side so it's at least fair). The food was decent.

Good organized basketball tournament however a few things was a little odd such as the viewing bleacher was positioned behind the goal for viewers on one end and the opposite end were the coach/team players. This made the game challenging to watch for parents. Other than this arrangement Insports was a good place, great parking and an excellent staff. Kudos to EMT that was on hand at 8am today when a player sprained his knee, the EMT didn't waste anytime and assisted the fallen player in a matter of seconds with ice & instructions....awesome!

This place is disgusting, they are getting 1 star because I cant give them zero stars. I dropped off my daughter today for cheer class, i registered her online, she was received by someone at the door that did Covid screening . The class was for an hour we arrived 15 minutes early to pick her to find her in the parking lot. She is 8yrs old. I called the establishment, Brady answer from the front desk wasn't even aware that my child was wondering the building and parking for 45minutes. He was completely nonchalant to the issue and said he didn't even see her. That if I wanted to speak with anyone to offer any type of answer I can call the next day. They put my child in danger today and have a completely inept person answering the phone. DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR CHILDREN HERE

We joined a 2yr old Soccer league at 9 am on Saturdays. On the 8th week they changed our time start time to 8 am without giving us any notice. We had family drive from 45 mins away to be dissapointed. Very poorly handled. No class is scheduled at 8 am. I would not recommend this establishment. W

I went to see a youth hoop game. It was run well. It is a nice facility to see my nephew's team tune up for their tournament win last weekend. And, he modestly earned a MVP accomplishment last week. I and his family are proud of him and enjoy watching at this facility.

Negative experience every time. Complained about poor quality of programs to management but response was “we just rent the space.” After paying huge fees (embarrassing to say how much) for my son’s basketball league, surprised by the “nickel and dime.” Want to watch your kid play in a tournament? Disclaimer: Based on co-ed soccer league experience only.
Consistently poor management scheduling games. Every game started at least thirty minutes later than it was scheduled. On multiple occasions, teams were notified a day before a game of time switches because management made mistakes organizing field space. On one occasion we weren’t even notified that they had rescheduled our game. Luckily our team member happened to call about an unrelated matter and found out we had a game that next day. Of course insports never notified the other team we were supposed to play so no game happened. I will give them some credit because they have us a free pizza and beer to make up for it. However, scheduling is a consistent nightmare.

The refs are beyond awful. It’s embarrassing that they let these guys referee. There must really be no other options. They spend half of the game socializing with people on the sidelines and don’t make any calls or are just standing around blowing one call after the other. The refs are friends with certain players and will let them curse and yell and complain but if someone they don’t know says anything they throw them out. Double standards and preferential treatment every game.

So if you’re looking for a poorly run soccer league with even worse referees, then this place is your soccer haven.

Stop allowing the adult men to lower hoops so they can dunk. They are damaging the the the basket stanchions by knocking them out of alignment and bending the rims.
The court floors are deteriorating badly due to a lack of routine cleaning and proper maintenance. The floor on court 3 is shot; curled and water damaged.
